I can't even give this 1 star. Its horrible product! There is horrible chemical smell and developed allergies from it. I paid extra for cooling part but it retains heat and does not cool down. When you talk to representative they say you will get email from Tempuric and they are very slow getting back to you thru email. When you try to talk to representative her response is we have process and will not help you because the pillows are not returnable. I would never buy from Tempuric if it was this much trouble. DON'T BUY THE PILLOWS!!

We purchased two Tempur-Cloud adjustable pillows to go with our new mattress. After three weeks and two phone calls to Tempurpedic to track the shipment, the pillows finally arrived. We were extremely disappointed to find that one pillow was nice and full and usable, but the other pillow was so flat that there was no cushioning for my head. The pillows are adjustable but only to take filling out. There is no provision to add additional filling (unless of course you want to take it out of the other pillow). We called Tempurpedic customer support and were told that we could not return the pillows or get our money back. We were asked to send photos of the pillows, which we did. We asked if they could either send us additional filling or replace the pillow. They will do neither. We received a very curt, almost rude response stating, "The amount of stuffing the pillows have are approximate, not precise. Your pillows are correct." Why would anyone manufacture a product with only approximate specifications? Under those circumstances there is no way for a customer to know or rely upon what kind of product they will get. I will not be doing business with Tempurpedic again and will make sure everyone I know is made aware of the poor quality of their products and their unwillingness to provide any kind of satisfactory customer support. If you purchase these pillows you do so at your own risk and have no guarantee that it will be usable if and when you receive it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is a big different than other tempur pedic pillows. I'd say it's a little more sturdy and has more support. I do wish there was more of that memory foam but I understand that for the price, you're getting a solid pillow from the brand.

First of all I knew immediately I would need to remove a good deal of the filling. Then, having done so, getting the pillow to not feel lumpy proved a challenge and so far it is not what I had expected. I wanted a soft but slightly firm pillow that molds to my neck and head (without lumps). Hasn't happened. Bought two since second one was free and would return it if I could, but their policy does not allow returns on pillows. The box isn't even open. Not particularly happy with this whole experience.

Ordered 2 "adjustable" pillows. Both were stuffed with so little fluff you would need to combine the fluff from the 2 pillows to create 1 appropriately stuffed pillow. Would not buy again or recommend to anyone. I purchased assuming if it was tempurpedic it was good-I was wrong and am annoyed I Cannot return them

Just got these and they're awful - one big lump after another in the texture makes you feel like it's just clumps of foam. And there's not even enough in there to fully fill up the pillow so it's not anywhere near supportive. It was losing fluff out the seams when I took it out of the box and of course their refusal to accept returns means even though I view it as a defective product for leaking fluff at purchase (can't fathom it wouldn't therefore leak more over time if actually used), I'm stuck with them. Highly disappointed with this product's lack of quality and would absolutely not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought the product sounded in essence lovely but I have to fold the pillow in half and use it because it's too soft to support my shoulder (as I'm a side sleeper). Next time, I'd be going for a firmer option

I am extremely particular when it comes to my pillows. I have probably bought over 50 different pillows and only have two that I found comfortable enough. This pillow is now in the rotation. Being able to adjust the filling made it super easy to adjust to just the perfect feel for me when I sleep. I really enjoy this pillow

The quality of the fill is severely lacking and it feels like Tempur-Pedic has taken some unfortunate shortcuts with this product. The majority of the pillow is filled with their "pressure-relief" foam which is cheap, low-density and low-quality foam. It does not provide that memory foam feeling/cushion/support you'd expect from this pillow. The two other premium foams that are meant to be in the pillow ("plush comfort" blue foam and "premium support" high density foam) are BARELY present in the fill. They've basically sprinkled in a tiny bit of the good stuff and have filled the majority of the pillow with the low quality stuff. Doesn't match up whatsoever with how they've described the product online or what I'd expect from this premium brand. The only pros of this pillow design are that the pillowcase is removable for easy washing and the fill volume is adjustable (you can remove fill if the pillow is too high for you). Otherwise, I feel like I've been ripped off. I did reach out to customer service to request more of the foam material that was lacking in my pillow but they literally just sent me more of the low-quality foam I already had. Not sure what the point of that was. Super disappointed.

This pillow was uncomfortable for me. I tried to return, and found out I could not return pillows. This information SHOULD BE PROMINENT when purchasing and not buried all the way down the page. I am very disappointed and will NEVER recommend any tempurpedic product Don't offer this product online if it cannot be returned.
