Doesn't deserve any stars. By the way, you only have to be 13 years or older to submit a review! Definitely keep this away from children, and especially pregnant moms. This pillow smells of chemicals and toxicity. I work in the medical field. I tried to return after 10 days being told off-gas magically disappears after 2-4 days. DO NOT order this pillow if pregnant, for children, or have any other underlying health conditions. This pillow is garbage. I wouldn't even give it to my dogs.

I had no idea that this pillow would make such a difference. I bought two for my partner and then tried one of them, and this one will remain mine! I used to scrunch up an old feather pillow, and this is so much better. I'm getting a better night's sleep because of it! Thanks, Tempurpedic.

I enjoyed my first couple of nights with this pillow. I like how you can take some of the foam out to adjust the firmness. One thing that I don't like about my adjustable pillow is that I have to fluff it back up multiple times a day. I will wake up in the middle of the night and all of the foam will be pushed to one side. I wish I would've gotten a different pillow.

As a person with cervical spinal surgery hardware, I have fought pillows for years. Since we love our Tempur-pedic mattress (our second), I was thrilled to hear about Tempur-pedic's adjustable pillow. The support is amazing and my neck has never been happier!

I have used a Tempur-pedic pillow for over a decade, the one I had was great but I figured it was time to replace it with an upgrade. I liked the idea of adjustable fill, but it seems like their machine does not have any consistency in filling as looking at these reviews some say it is too full and others say not enough. I guess mine was not enough because the first time I put my head on it it flattened like a pancake, no amount of "fluffing" made any difference and it caused me a lot of neck pain, I couldn't even get through the whole night with it. I emailed customer service and they told me that tempur-pedic pillows take getting used to(after I had told them Id been using one for a decade) and that the "personal" nature means they cant accept returns. I don't understand how a pillow is personal, but a mattress is not and therefor returnable. I think that if a product is causing someone pain to the point that they cannot use it they should be able to return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow because I was waking up nearly every morning with headaches, neck, and back pain. It has worked wonders! I was surprised at how comfortable it is and how the headaches have gone away. I would definitely recommend.

I've used it for a few week and not really satisfied. It's supposed to be cooling but in fact it's hotter than all my other pillows. I've bought tempur pedic pillows in the past at stores and this is by far the least favorite. One of them is very lumpy and unusable. I'll give it another month and hopes it gets broken in, but if it doesn't get more comfortable and cooler, I'll probably just throw them away. This is my first negative review for a product. I typically don't say anything if it's negative but as much as these pillows cost I don't want someone else to have high expectations with the same end results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new pillows. I normally have to go to the chiropractor on a regular basis to get an adjustment. After receiving my new pillows I do t go for an adjustment any more and my neck feels great!

The little pieces of the foam move inside too much after sleeping on it so the shape gets distorted and flattens too easily. It has to be constantly reshaped and re-fluffed. Not great neck support. The pillow runs a bit hot as well. Wish I could return as I got 2 of them and not happy with the shape and support. It's been less than a month and the pillow is already half the size it was and now flat.

I took a risk on ordering two of these based on reviews . It's my own fault I should had went into a tempurpedic store to try it before buying it . Only giving two Star review based on case it comes in. It's a bit cool and soft . Besides that , it feels very firm and even had a sore ear two days in a row . Removed some fluff to see if it'd make a change , still no adjustment or comfort . Really dislike the no return policy for pillows , otherwise I'd definitely request an exchange .
