It is very comfortable, but material inside does move around so it needs to be adjusted to settle under my neck every time I use it. Overall, it is a good product if you are looking for a soft pillow.

I think everyone is on a quest to find the perfect pillow, I'm a side sleeper,I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP. I've been looking for the perfect pillow for many years trying different ones. Today I went and purchased this pillow the Tempur cloud adjustable pillow.im so very happy. It's great they include extra foam to adjust the pillow and put the bulk of the foam inside a zipper case inside comfy outer case and give you more foam in a long thin pillow tube . Honestly it was the perfect pillow for me right out of the box . I'm going to go buy another one on Friday to keep on the other side of my new queen size bed . I give this pillow an A+ way to go Tempur pedic may you never stop making this pillow it's a game changer. This really is the perfect pillow I've been searching for.

I would never buy, or recommend, this pillow, and without being able to return it, not only has my husband lost his sleep, but also precious cash.

We've bought several pillows to try and get comfortable and not hot!! These pillows conform to how you want them to and adding the cooling touch to it made it even better. My husband usually throws pillows off of the bed and in the mornings, the pillow he does sleep on is damp. NOT ANYMORE!! We love these pillows and recommend them just as we do our Tempurpedic mattress.. WELL WORTH IT!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I currently own many Tempurpedic pillows as well as 2 mattresses and while I am not an expert I hoped this product would be great. I was disappointed with the firmness of the pillow and although you have the great feature of removing the tempur foam pieces, it does not in my opinion make it more comfortable . Also, it's a hassle to put the foam in a plastic bag or box. I thought the foam would feel more dough like and this foam fill feels stiff. Sorry but these are not a winner for me. I will donate them. I purchased them because they are attractively priced.

I've been using this pillow for about a week now. I like that I can adjust the thickness by removing some of the filling. I've adjusted it twice and found a comfortable thickness. So far I'm loving it! Less neck pain! Slight odor to the foam pieces but it is lessening as time goes by.

When I received my pillows, I wasn't sure I had made a good choice. HOWEVER, I was really happy after sleeping on them that night. I have an much older Symphony pillow and it is really firm and I thought that is what I needed. Turns out I was wrong. The new pillows are much better and I sleep sounder, and much more relaxed when I wake up. I just hope they continue to amaze me as they get older.

It doesn't adjust, wake up with neck pain a shoulder pain, I ordered the. Pillow thinking it was like my daughters I used only to find out she has the cloud pro which indeed was a wonderful pillow. I cannot return this am now have a pillow I don't care for.

The adjustable pillow doesn't have that classic slow adjustable movement that characterizes all other foam products. I feel the little pieces of the fill and it bothers me. I don't like that it doesn't seem like a uniform base. I also thought it was too high to begin with so I took about half of the fill to adjust to my preference but even still I find it too firm. In general, i would say this is more firm than expected. If I could return it or exchange it, i would.

We have TEMPURPEDIC mattresses at both home and lake house. I have the pillows at both. My husband is a believer in the mattresses, but some reason didn't want to spend money on the pillow for him (I already have them for myself). So, for his birthday he got a TEMPUR-cloud adjustable pillow (Big risk on my part). PAID OFF!! After a few bad looks and a few months of sleeping on it, he thanked me. He feels less pain in his neck, he is snoring less, he gets a better night sleep all together. Believer and buyer of all things TEMPUR.
