I recently had a 3 level neck fusion. The pain, discomfort and lack of sleep over the last several years has been tremendous. I am typically a side sleeper, this has not been possible since sugery in May of 2023. I started using these pillows appropriately 2 weeks ago, I have slept soundly and straight through the night, I have not been constantly tossing and turning trying to adjust My Pillow into something comfortable. I have been able to sleep on my side and be comfortable. As a veteran who has trouble with sleep for years, has woke up tired and in pain...these pillows have been a life changer, I highly recommend them to anyone. If you experience neck pain, sleep discomfort and wake up tired...you owe it to yourself. Definitely a Game Changer.

No matter how many different amounts of the material I changed on the inside of the pillow, I continued to wake up with a stiff neck. I have had it for many weeks now and the same problem persists. Because I cannot return the pillow due to it's "personal nature," my wife and I have resorted to using them for decor/body pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was the perfect feel, it made my head and neck feel supported while also being cozy and comfortable. The cooling was an added bonus too! Perfect if you aren't a big fan of just a regular memory foam and like a more "traditional" feel.

I wish I could return this pillow. It's an absolute nightmare with kids and pets. The filling goes EVERYWHERE when you try to "adjust" it. And you'll quickly create a cater in the spot where your head rests. This is one of the biggest wastes of money I have spent in awhile. Do not buy this. It's a nightmare and not actually useful.

My first Tempur-pedic pillow and it is something that I am not used to. At first, it feels too stiff but then you relax more into it and it feels more like a medium pillow. Now it is quite comfortable. Personally, a slight more softness would help but its crammed into a sham so it may just be the compression of the pillow. Worth the cost with the BOGO.

I was so excited to order these pillows and when they arrived I was immediately disappointed. Cheap, lackluster, uncomfortable and non returnable. I even called to let them know I wanted to place an exchange order for different, better quality pillows and they said no. Don't waste your money on these pillows. Trust me. I have ones from Casper and they are SO much better.

I cannot understand where the positive reviews are coming from. As a long time tempurpedic fan (13 years) I gave this pillow a try rather than the traditional ones. It's the worst pillow I've ever used. It does not keep its shape. When I wake in the morning all the filling is gathered up top and my neck is in terrible shape. I wish I could post a photo!

This pillow is nothing like the original Tempur-pedic pillow. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered two of these pillows, and Tempur-pedic will do NOTHING to assist me with an exchange even though the pillows have not even come out of their packaging. I spoke with customer service, and they were zero help. I have no interest in getting my money back, but I would like credit for an exchange of the correct pillow, and instead I am stuck with these. I will never order from this company again. What a poor policy and poor customer service.

Even when I sleep on this pillow without a pillow case doesn't cool. I didn't remove any filling and it goes flat if you lay in the middle so I have to sleep on the edge to get any support. I would return them if that was an option. Both my husband and I went back to our old pillows.
