I want to start out by saying we have a temperpedic cooling mattress which we love! We have had these pillows for 10 months now. We were very excited to try them because we needed an upgrade, but these pillows are NOT IT!! I wake up with neck pain almost every morning.. we have tried removing some of the padding to adjust the firmness, and that didn't help. It moves around to much. The part where you have your head will push all the padding the the top and your neck will lay in a weird direction. My husband won't even use it anymore. Only reason I'm giving it 1 star is because i enjoy the cooking feature... but honestly I wish I could be refunded because these are a waste of money unfortunately.

I like the softness of this pillow, however I would rather use it when seating on a chair as a supporting pillow. It's a bit high as a sleeping pillow but I do love how comfortable it is. Because of my work, I spend a lot of time seating on a chair, this pillow helps soothing my back pain.

I'm usually a feather pillow gal and mine were getting quite old and flat. I tried this one due to the adjustability feature. I love it, I wake up with no neck pain. I like that they give you extra fill if you want it firmer or you can take some out. I've never been a fan of memory foam pillows but the pieces with these is where its at.

I am a side sleeper and I have tried many pillows. I have a Tempur-Pedic mattress that I love. For years I owned a Tempur contoured pillow that I liked very much, until it started to get too stiff. These adjustable pillows are not worth the money. I have found no level of "stuffing" that is comfortable to use. I now use the stuffing to keep my purses in shape, as they have no other good use. They aren't particularly good for that purpose, but they are better than paper, and I did not want to just throw them away.

First night and this pillow goes completely flat as a pancake and continues to each night after. Me thinking man this is a Tempurpedic it has to get better. It did not. Also pillows are not returnable due to personal nature, but their beds are returnable. Hope they show this comment so others are prepared unlike I was.

It's a horrid product. Once you take out the extra foam to adjust the size the pillow becomes uneven and lumpy. The remaining foam all goes to one end of the pillow, as now there is too much space inside. The adjustable factor DOES NOT WORK. Its unfortunate that this pillow is non-refundable.

We purchased 4 of these and because each member of our family likes different firmness they have worked out well. Since we can each adjust the pillow to our own liking this is the pillow for our family now and going forward. Nice to be able to get great sleep

The pillows look nothing like the picture here. The pillow is extremely uncomfortable. The contours are edge with the memory foam pieces in the pillow. The pillow ends up being too high in height and is not plush enough to compress with the weight of the head. All in all a terrible pillow. Even the pillow cover is cheap and rough. I would urge tempurpedic to take it off their shelves and even return peoples money. This is a terrible product.

This pillow set is absolutely horrible. Very uncomfortable; does not mold to anything; my neck is jacked. When it says, it's adjustable... you open it up to find just filled with shredded pieces with the option to remove. This is an embarrassment to Temper-pedic; this idea mimics the "my pillow" brand. This is NOT at all the quality and I would've thought was manufactured by Tempur-pedic. We have purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress (still love today) and I have had my Tempu-pedic pillow now for over 10 years and still love this one. This pillow is ridiculous, uncomfortable and not at all what I expected. Considering I cannot return it (no satisfaction or guarantee should be a red flag to consumers) I am in search of another pillow but won't be shopping Tempur-pedic.
