I was debating which tempur pillow to buy because I'm very picky but I ultimately decided with this one because it was adjustable and I'm so glad I did. It's incredibly comfortable and much better quality than my other pillows. So happy with my purchase!

Sorry, little bit long, but...I had some very severe neck pain. I say had because this pillow took my neck pain from severe to mild! The doctor recommended sleeping on my back, which as a side sleeper seemed impossible. Since this pillow is adjustable that made this easier to do for me. I was using a contour pillow - don't need that anymore! I loved the fact I could fluff it up to get the maximum fluffiness to sleep on my side! Paid extra for the cooling - for me totally worth it! I preferred to use the pillowcase provided to get the most cooling effect. I didn't need to use one of my pillowcases too - nice! Then to boot this was on sale! So good I bought pillows for my kids too! Phenomenal job, Temperpedic! Thanks for helping me out! I know not everyone might feel the same but I hope this review helps at least one person out!

I have had the pillow for about a month. I like the softness feel and it feels like it would cradle my head but it does not. It has a 90 day return so I will keep trying the pillow but it is not cradling my head and it actually makes my head slip off of it because the pillow is stiff. Also, I have not felt the cooling at all which I was looking forward to because I am in menopause right now. I will see if the pillow loosens up but it is not working for this mostly side sleeper.

They plump up great, and when you lay your head on them you don't notice the lumpy filling. That said, they then squish down so that in a few minutes your head is laying in a hard pit. And the loft does not recover. If you want to sleep comfortably on your side you will have to plump it up several times during the night. So much for a full night's sleep. Disappointing and shamefully overpriced.

No more disappointments with pillows that just don't fit under my head right, this pillow gives me a personalized width and support. No more extra fluffing of a too flat pillow, or pounding a too full pillow to flatten it, now every night starts out with a pillow that is just right. I feel like I should change my name to Goldilocks!

These pillows are nice and comfy but the tags are very thick and hard to cut off without damaging the stitching. My main gripe about them is there's no place to put all the stuffing if you want to reduce it. I used several gallon sized ziploc bags until I got it to the size I wanted. Since then I've loved sleeping on this pillow. It's supportive and soft but still malleable enough to adjust to your needs.

We've had these pillows for a week or so. They are too full for my liking. I tried to adjust them, which turned out to be terrible decision. The filing sticks to everything including your hands. I felt like Chevy chase in christmas vacation with the magazine. After adjusting, they were super lumpy and uneven. I dreaded putting the stuffing back. There aren't returnable, so any it was expensive, frustrating adventure. I'm just glad I only bought 2 because I was going to buy 8.

This pillow stays cool for about 5 minutes,so uncomfortable,my neck was so bad after sleeping on it for a few nights had to go to the doctors. I don't recommend this to anyone! I gave the pillow to my grandson who said "I can't sleep on this" ! I called the company and got no help at all!

I ordered the adjustable cloud pillow in medium/soft. It is extremely hard. After removing some of the stuffing, it doesn't necessarily make it more soft, the pillow just becomes more giving for your head to sink. After a few hours of sleeping, I found that my head had sunk all the way to the bed and there was no support whatsoever. I stupidly didn't check the return policy because I saw the 90-day free trial (so I just assumed that was for everything) and lo and behold, you cannot return/exchange pillows. So, I won't be trying out their other pillows. Overall, not worth the money and keep in mind that you cannot return or exchange. Very disappointed.
