For me this pillow is soft and supportive. It is not too hard and not too soft. I have gone through a lot of different pillows trying to find the right one and this one works for me. I sleep on my side and on my back and it is comfortable both ways. You can easily manipulate/fluff it to be comfortable for you. I left all the stuffing in mine, but my husband prefers a slimmer pillow so removed some of the stuffing. It is customizable so you can figure out what works best for you.

I love the adjustable pillow due to neck issues, I love the fact that it's cool because I'm a hot sleeper. What I don't like is that you can't put your own pillow case on it (defeats the purpose of cool gel) after several washes I feel the cooling effect is not as noticeable plus I hate having a white pillow case!

We really like the Cloud Pillows. But why are they so small? These pillows are several inches shorter than any other king size pillow. They slide around in the Tempurpedic pillow cases with room to spare. The cases are at least 6 to 8 inches longer and 3 to 4 inches wider than the pillows. These pillows really don't look pretty on our Tempurpedic split king bed. If you don't mind the small size these pillows are super comfortable.

Im been back and forward with the warranty claim in a pillow that just purchase that it came with a defect in the cover zipper with a very poor sewing lining on the zipper that prevents it from being opened, they ask pictures and videos that needs to be in a very low definition to fit in the claim, to the end just tell you that just need to move a fabric out of the way of zipper!! If it was that simple dont you think why I waste my time in a claim just to replace a difected cover ? I will no buy any pillow online

I bought these adjustable fill pillows with the cooling cover, and they are a really great pillow that is very comfortable to sleep on. They also keep you head cool instead of hot like many other pillows are. I would recommend these pillows to anyone.

I tried this out in the store and it seemed a little firmer. After 6 months, it has flattened out and I have to bunch it up to fit between my neck and shoulder to raise my head high enough. Would not buy this again, especially due to the exorbitant prices charged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I like that it's adjustable and can be added and taken out based of my sleeping preference. But, in addition cuts the padding that is very comfortable and easy on the skin. Very grateful!

Friends, I am a Tempur-Pedic fan and have been fore about 15 years. We bought the pillows that are adjustable with shredded material within them. In theory, this was great because my wife and I could adjust to our own specific needs for sleeping. I wish I had bought another pillow and will but these were a let down.

This pillow is okay, but I'm surprised how much the stuffing moves and stays put in the night. I feel like I have to constantly adjust and shake it out to get the stuffing more evenly distributed. I was using down pillows and was hopeful that the filling would be more stationary in these since foam chunks have more heft and weight, but they don't. I have neck issues and am regretting not going for a solid foam option.

I was expecting a luxurious pillow like I saw at the Tempur-Pedic store. What a disappointment. I can get 2 pillows at half the price much nicer at the Home Goods store. I guess I'm stuck with it now since pillows can't be returned. Maybe I can convince the cat to use it as a bed.
