I'm own two Tempur-pedic mattresses and almost a dozen pillows and I've always been extremely happy. This is not that. These are a cheap foam and buyer. Beware, they cannot be returned. I wrote to customer service for the first time ever to let them know how happy I was, and they simply offered me other pillows. I could buy an addition. Stay away.

Very disappointed in this pillow. We purchased two of these and paid extra for cooling feature. Nothing cool about it (except for the first few minutes)! We tried it for a week with and without pillowcase neither of which made a difference. Had to go back to our old pillows. Money wasted. Now I have to wait to find pillows that do cool. I was so hoping these would work.

I previously had the Standard size of this pillow and it was great. Stabilizing and prevented neck pain, but soft enough to still be comfortable. Unfortunately the King size seems like an entirely different pillow. It's very hard and has no give to it, even after removing the filling.

Sorry, little bit long, but...I had some very severe neck pain. I say had because this pillow took my neck pain from severe to mild! The doctor recommended sleeping on my back, which as a side sleeper seemed impossible. Since this pillow is adjustable that made this easier to do for me. I was using a contour pillow - don't need that anymore! I loved the fact I could fluff it up to get the maximum fluffiness to sleep on my side! Paid extra for the cooling - for me totally worth it! I preferred to use the pillowcase provided to get the most cooling effect. I didn't need to use one of my pillowcases too - nice! Then to boot this was on sale! So good I bought pillows for my kids too! Phenomenal job, Temperpedic! Thanks for helping me out! I know not everyone might feel the same but I hope this review helps at least one person out!

When my order arrived I immediately realized I had purchased the wrong pillows. Less than 24 hours after delivery I reached out Tempur -pedic to see what my options were. Unfortunately they told me there was nothing I could do about it and I would not be able to return or exchange the pillows for the correct ones. One of the pillows is still in the box untouched and the other one was unboxed but was never slept on. I'm pretty bummed and aggravated because these pillows are not cheap and i'm stuck with a product i'm not happy with. The chopped up material makes the pillow bumpy and i'm not a fan of that texture while sleeping. **Learn from my mistake and DO NOT order any pillows if you have a feeling you may not be happy with them because you will be stuck with them**

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved the Temperpedic pillow that came with our bed years ago and was hoping to replace it, but this is not 'my pillow'. I've tried to remove and add extra padding, but have not been able to find a sweet spot that satisfies me. After multiple nights waking up with an aching neck, I have given up on this pillow for now and gone back to my old one. Makes me sad.

The little pieces of the foam move inside too much after sleeping on it so the shape gets distorted and flattens too easily. It has to be constantly reshaped and re-fluffed. Not great neck support. The pillow runs a bit hot as well. Wish I could return as I got 2 of them and not happy with the shape and support. It's been less than a month and the pillow is already half the size it was and now flat.

I'm usually a feather pillow gal and mine were getting quite old and flat. I tried this one due to the adjustability feature. I love it, I wake up with no neck pain. I like that they give you extra fill if you want it firmer or you can take some out. I've never been a fan of memory foam pillows but the pieces with these is where its at.
