[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved the Temperpedic pillow that came with our bed years ago and was hoping to replace it, but this is not 'my pillow'. I've tried to remove and add extra padding, but have not been able to find a sweet spot that satisfies me. After multiple nights waking up with an aching neck, I have given up on this pillow for now and gone back to my old one. Makes me sad.

I bought two of these pillows with high expectations. I thought I just needed to "break them in" for them to be comfortable, but it's been a month and that is not the case. I can fill the stuffing almost in round balls all through the pillows which makes them very uncomfortable. For the price, I wouldn't recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best pillow I have ever had. Every other pillow I have ever owned may have started out okay but soon was a nightmare for my neck. With this pillow I have only had sweet dreams. Thank you Temper-Pedic!!

This pillow is not great at all, the website description is nothing like the actual product because once you take the stuffing out, it makes a huge mess and there's nowhere to put the stuffing to refill at once. The memory foam goes down so the product and all just doesn't even make sense, and I had a terrible experience even receiving my pillow. They were not very helpful in the beginning and then once I finally received it and tried it out I had no idea that you weren't able to return or exchange, I was then told you had to click on an external link to be able to see that, which I think that you should have to click something to acknowledge that it's not refundable. I am usually a great customer of tempurpedic as all the other pillows in my house are from there, but now I am pregnant and needed a pillow for side sleeping and this one was recommended by the survey. I'm just overall dissatisfied with the whole tempurpedic experience this go around.

This pillow is a waste of money, looks like the company just put left over pieces of waste and threw it in a case and called it a pillow Some pieces are even hard, I love tempurpedic products but his pillow was a waste of money . Was very disappointed .

I was tired of pillows that went flat and I always seemed to end up with my neck and back hurting and stiff. I bought two of these pillows and haven't lost a night's sleep.... highly recommend. It is easily adjusted and maintains its shape during the night. There is nothing I dislike about the pillow.

It was very supportive and malleable, conforming to my head and neck shape and keeping my neck stable overnight. After about a month of use however, my pillow has gone very flat. Even with constant fluffing and punching my head now bottoms out and it feels like I'm not using a pillow at all.

Since using this pillow I have been able to get the best night's sleep in years. I have spinal arthritis in my neck so to be able to sleep all night and wake up in the morning fully rested and without any neck pain is a miracle. I've tried dozens of pillows over the years and this one is the absolute best. Fantastic product.
