My pillow is splitting at the seams. I have attempted via the online portal of Tempur Pedic to submit the information, and have not heard back. So now i have to do it a second time. In additon, i bought the item online, and they are asking for all this information to be added to a support claim, when they have every ounce of the information using the Order Number. Very frustraing customer support, when they claim they are #1. Hate to see what #2 is like.

Be smarter than me and note that these pillows are not returnable. They are horribly lumpy, the "king" size isn't a true king, it's way smaller than a standard king and looks ridiculous in our king pillow cases. I hate these, I should have just thrown my money in the trash and saved myself the hassle.

We've had these pillows for a week or so. They are too full for my liking. I tried to adjust them, which turned out to be terrible decision. The filing sticks to everything including your hands. I felt like Chevy chase in christmas vacation with the magazine. After adjusting, they were super lumpy and uneven. I dreaded putting the stuffing back. There aren't returnable, so any it was expensive, frustrating adventure. I'm just glad I only bought 2 because I was going to buy 8.

These pillows are nice and comfy but the tags are very thick and hard to cut off without damaging the stitching. My main gripe about them is there's no place to put all the stuffing if you want to reduce it. I used several gallon sized ziploc bags until I got it to the size I wanted. Since then I've loved sleeping on this pillow. It's supportive and soft but still malleable enough to adjust to your needs.

I really loved these pillows when I first got them, but within 6 months they started going flat and now less than a year later they require fluffing multiple times a night. I was really excited about finally having pillows that would hold up over time, but if you have to replace them every 6 months to a year, it's just not reasonable financially.

This cloud adjustable pillow its not even worth $5 .... Its super uncomfortable no matter how much stuffing you take out .... Frankly speaking Tempur- pedic should be ashamed of themself even to come up with the idea of that pillow- it seems like they have left over foam from making good pillows and mattress and they did not want to toss it in the trash so they came up with this pillow- please dont waste your money because you wont be able to return it and its worthless

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've battled with pillows for the 8 years I've had to use CPAP therapy. I've tried pillows designed for CPAP users but are actually worse. The TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow is soft and easy to form the filler density to accommodate the CPAP mask. I can sleep normally now!

I love that you can adjust the pillow to what you need. I ended up taking about half out because I need a flatter pillow but even with that, it still offers enough neck support sleeping on the side. I've had a hard time finding a pillow recently that would help my neck pain. Even a higher dollar tempurpedic pillow didn't work as well as this one.

I wish I could return this pillow. It's an absolute nightmare with kids and pets. The filling goes EVERYWHERE when you try to "adjust" it. And you'll quickly create a cater in the spot where your head rests. This is one of the biggest wastes of money I have spent in awhile. Do not buy this. It's a nightmare and not actually useful.

I've never invested in pillows and boy was I missing out ! After some neck trouble that was interfering with my sleep , I bought two and loved them. I wake up with no pain and love being able to adjust the full. My ten year old grandson has claimed one and loves it as well. He won't use anything else !
