I ordered the adjustable cloud pillow in medium/soft. It is extremely hard. After removing some of the stuffing, it doesn't necessarily make it more soft, the pillow just becomes more giving for your head to sink. After a few hours of sleeping, I found that my head had sunk all the way to the bed and there was no support whatsoever. I stupidly didn't check the return policy because I saw the 90-day free trial (so I just assumed that was for everything) and lo and behold, you cannot return/exchange pillows. So, I won't be trying out their other pillows. Overall, not worth the money and keep in mind that you cannot return or exchange. Very disappointed.

I am a side sleeper and I have tried many pillows. I have a Tempur-Pedic mattress that I love. For years I owned a Tempur contoured pillow that I liked very much, until it started to get too stiff. These adjustable pillows are not worth the money. I have found no level of "stuffing" that is comfortable to use. I now use the stuffing to keep my purses in shape, as they have no other good use. They aren't particularly good for that purpose, but they are better than paper, and I did not want to just throw them away.

I like this pillow. It does feel cool and i didn't even have to remove any filling, and it feels great to me. Unfortunately, i bought queen sized pillows, but they don't even fit a standard/queen size pillow case. The pillows constantly slide out of the case! I don't know what the deal is with that, but it's very frustrating. I like my pillows to fit my pillow cases. The tighter and less wrinkly the better, but you will not get that with this product.

When you put your head on it, however, all the little foam bits "align" and create a wonderful, breathable support and a great night's sleep. I took a little foam out of the one for my head and left everything in the one that I wrap my arms around. It's perfect, but I'm keeping those extra foam pieces for down the road! No kidding here: after years of subtle neck pain that I thought I'd just have to live with, after the second night on these pillows, it's been gone ever since!

I bought the Tempur Cloud Adjustable to replace a Tempur Cloud I had just purchased. The Cloud fell short of my hopes that it would be like my longtime love, my Tempur Cloud Soft and Conforming. Given that the Adjustable is a little thicker than the Cloud, I thought it might be a better choice. I'm nto a big fan of the shredded material. It gets everywhere if you attempt to adjust the loft of the pillow. And, call me crazy, but I swear I can feel the clumps when I put my head on the pillow. As for the cooling technology? Nah - I don't notice it at all. My pillow still gets warm. Tempur Pedic, please, please bring back the wonderful Soft and Conforming!

this isnt my first purchase I purchased the king cloud pillow many years ago and loved them then I purchased a king size bed half sterns and foster half tempurpedic called the Hepburn Lux,Words cant describe how this mattress saved my back was expensive but worth every penny an absolutly great mattress so i got the Tempur-cloud adjustable pillow king size without hesitation.this company knows how to care for the quality of sleep 100%.Thank you Tempur pedic for making class AAA products for the people out there who have put their bodies to the test Gerard Perna New Jersey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that there is a washable cover and pillow pouch that's adjustable, but it could use another pouch for the contents you don't want to use when adjusting to your liking. I don't want to throw away the rest of the filling when I may want to use it at a later time. Hopefully Tempur pedic doesn't start trimming away filling after this comment.

I tend to have a hard time to sleep with regular pillows since I'm a side sleeper so I decide to try the cloud adjustable pillow+ cooling support and so far my neck pain got even worse since there is no support for the neck . I was looking forward to more firm adjustable pillows and all I got was polyster pillow with low quality. Very disappointed!
