[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought that since I've slept on tempurpedic pillows at friends houses that these would be great for me. I was so wrong. This is the most uncomfortable pillow I've ever slept on. I thought I just had to get used to it but I've woken up with a severe pain in my neck for a week. I cannot use these pillows and went back to my old ones until I can find something better. Buyer beware - there's a no return policy that I wasn't aware of before I purchased.

For every day use I bought the tempur breeze and they are totally different levels of pillows. We have a firmer tempur pedic mattress in our guest room and this is great for that. Too bulky even adjusting it for a super soft bed

These pillows are nice and comfy but the tags are very thick and hard to cut off without damaging the stitching. My main gripe about them is there's no place to put all the stuffing if you want to reduce it. I used several gallon sized ziploc bags until I got it to the size I wanted. Since then I've loved sleeping on this pillow. It's supportive and soft but still malleable enough to adjust to your needs.

I'm an an extremely hot sleeper. AC is usually set low and I have a fan blowing on me at night and nothing seemed to be helping. I was hesitate about cooling pillows but was really struggling on something to help and I caved. They are amazing. Super comfortable/firm and soft. Adjustable and stays cool all night. I will forever be buying these pillows.

It took me several days to make a good fit; pulling foam out, moving it around and placing foam back in. I was finally able to get a great fit. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow now forms around my neck and cuddles my head. It has reduced the pain in my neck and head 60-70%. I am so happy. With the Tempur-pedic bed topper and the Tempur cloud adjustable pillow I now lie down in bed in great comfort. No more restless nights.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look. My sister has these amazing pillows from this company. These are not them. But then, I think that she paid 3-5x more per pillow than I did. I got these on a 2-for-1 sale, and they are absolutely adequate for the price. I'm not living in the lap of luxury, but they are a lot better than the combination of old, flattened pillows and very cheap pillows I had been using. I used to wake up with my face hurting every morning from my not-good pillows, but now I just wake up feeling well rested. I'm not drawn into bed by the awesomeness of the pillow the way I am at my sister's house, but then I'd never get anything done. So... they are 100% good enough, for the price. Regarding a foam smell: Mine did have a slight foam smell the first night, but it dissipated completely and I can't smell anything coming from the foam anymore even if I try.

I had struggled to find a pillow the last couple of years that I really liked. Battling head/neck pains when I woke up in the morning had to change. Decided to try a Tempur-Pedic and you definitely "get what you pay for" when it comes to quality. My neck and back of head pains are no more. I've had the pillow now for a couple month.

Worst pillow I have ever bought! It's lumpy, and taking out the "stuffing" to adjust softness is a pain. The pillow is just filled with cut up foam that goes everywhere! Also have the cooling cover and that is junk too. Does not cool at all with a pillow case over the pillow. Worst purchase ever and waste of money.

I would never buy, or recommend, this pillow, and without being able to return it, not only has my husband lost his sleep, but also precious cash.
