First night and this pillow goes completely flat as a pancake and continues to each night after. Me thinking man this is a Tempurpedic it has to get better. It did not. Also pillows are not returnable due to personal nature, but their beds are returnable. Hope they show this comment so others are prepared unlike I was.

Unfortunately, I am not happy with my purchase and not using the pillows. They are physically heavy, dense, and are uncomfortable to lie on, even with removing some of the material. Really disappointed as I know Tempur-Pedic has a great reputation and I was initially excited to receive them. But I failed to review the return policy before buying, which is a lesson learned as they are not returnable.

I've never invested in pillows and boy was I missing out ! After some neck trouble that was interfering with my sleep , I bought two and loved them. I wake up with no pain and love being able to adjust the full. My ten year old grandson has claimed one and loves it as well. He won't use anything else !

Wanted to replace a 10 year old tempur pedic memory foam pillow, this seemed like it would be the closet option since the one I had is no longer available... Not even close, price may have come down a bit since the original purchase years ago, and with that though quality has plummeted as well, sad... Feels like a cheep pillow you can pick up at any big box retailer and not the nice semi-firm spongy memory foam that it used to be.

I bought these pillows BOGO. Two pillows are not in the same condition. One is firm enough, but the other one is loose and flat. I wanted to exchange the good-condition pillow which is firm enough to use, but they didn't accept it and even if I return it, I should pay the return fee($18.00) I'll never buy it again here.

This is the most uncomfortable pillow I've ever slept on. I thought I just had to get used to it but I've woken up with a severe pain in my neck for a week. I cannot use these pillows and went back to my old ones until I can find something better. Buyer beware - there's a no return policy that I wasn't aware of before I purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Look. My sister has these amazing pillows from this company. These are not them. But then, I think that she paid 3-5x more per pillow than I did. I got these on a 2-for-1 sale, and they are absolutely adequate for the price. I'm not living in the lap of luxury, but they are a lot better than the combination of old, flattened pillows and very cheap pillows I had been using. I used to wake up with my face hurting every morning from my not-good pillows, but now I just wake up feeling well rested. I'm not drawn into bed by the awesomeness of the pillow the way I am at my sister's house, but then I'd never get anything done. So... they are 100% good enough, for the price. Regarding a foam smell: Mine did have a slight foam smell the first night, but it dissipated completely and I can't smell anything coming from the foam anymore even if I try.

I needed pillows asap so I bought these. I tried a few versions in store so I thought these would be good but they're the most uncomfortable pillows ever. THESE ARE NOT RETURNABLE. I'm so upset I wasted money on these. I won't be purchasing pillows from here again.

I think everyone is on a quest to find the perfect pillow, I'm a side sleeper,I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP. I've been looking for the perfect pillow for many years trying different ones. Today I went and purchased this pillow the Tempur cloud adjustable pillow.im so very happy. It's great they include extra foam to adjust the pillow and put the bulk of the foam inside a zipper case inside comfy outer case and give you more foam in a long thin pillow tube . Honestly it was the perfect pillow for me right out of the box . I'm going to go buy another one on Friday to keep on the other side of my new queen size bed . I give this pillow an A+ way to go Tempur pedic may you never stop making this pillow it's a game changer. This really is the perfect pillow I've been searching for.
