We have TEMPURPEDIC mattresses at both home and lake house. I have the pillows at both. My husband is a believer in the mattresses, but some reason didn't want to spend money on the pillow for him (I already have them for myself). So, for his birthday he got a TEMPUR-cloud adjustable pillow (Big risk on my part). PAID OFF!! After a few bad looks and a few months of sleeping on it, he thanked me. He feels less pain in his neck, he is snoring less, he gets a better night sleep all together. Believer and buyer of all things TEMPUR.

This pillow is not great at all, the website description is nothing like the actual product because once you take the stuffing out, it makes a huge mess and there's nowhere to put the stuffing to refill at once. The memory foam goes down so the product and all just doesn't even make sense, and I had a terrible experience even receiving my pillow. They were not very helpful in the beginning and then once I finally received it and tried it out I had no idea that you weren't able to return or exchange, I was then told you had to click on an external link to be able to see that, which I think that you should have to click something to acknowledge that it's not refundable. I am usually a great customer of tempurpedic as all the other pillows in my house are from there, but now I am pregnant and needed a pillow for side sleeping and this one was recommended by the survey. I'm just overall dissatisfied with the whole tempurpedic experience this go around.

This pillow went COMPLETELY flat after ONE night. Since, I have woken up with the worst neck pains. This pillow is horrendous and a complete waste of money. I reached out to customer service and the response I pretty much received was along the lines of "too bad." No attempt to try to find me a better pillow or keep a customer. If I could give zero stars I would.

I bought these, funny enough, for my little doggies to sleep on. I didn't like the old cloud pillows so I started using them as dog beds. wanted a few more for them to stuff in dog beds and such... Well, they do not like these. Im not a fan as a person. Its lump and uncomfortable and the worst pillow fad ever. I would love the original tempur pillows that weighed a ton. They can not be beat with these new ones.

My pillow is splitting at the seams. I have attempted via the online portal of Tempur Pedic to submit the information, and have not heard back. So now i have to do it a second time. In additon, i bought the item online, and they are asking for all this information to be added to a support claim, when they have every ounce of the information using the Order Number. Very frustraing customer support, when they claim they are #1. Hate to see what #2 is like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved the Temperpedic pillow that came with our bed years ago and was hoping to replace it, but this is not 'my pillow'. I've tried to remove and add extra padding, but have not been able to find a sweet spot that satisfies me. After multiple nights waking up with an aching neck, I have given up on this pillow for now and gone back to my old one. Makes me sad.

I'm an an extremely hot sleeper. AC is usually set low and I have a fan blowing on me at night and nothing seemed to be helping. I was hesitate about cooling pillows but was really struggling on something to help and I caved. They are amazing. Super comfortable/firm and soft. Adjustable and stays cool all night. I will forever be buying these pillows.

I love this pillow. I got two because it was BOGO. I gave one to my daughter and she has even slept better. I was scared to get a new pillow because i was so used to my old ones but this is AMAZING. I am sleeping throughout the night comfortably. I would recommend this pillow to anyone! Love it. Wish i made the decision to purchase tempurpedic pillows and beds before but better late than never. I sleep like a baby now. Thanks to Tempurpedic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is a lot less memory foam in the mix of foam filler than I expected. These weren't that impressive to sleep on, but if you take them out of their thick cover and put them in a throw pillow sham, they really elevate the comfort of your couch.
