I bought the Tempur Cloud Adjustable to replace a Tempur Cloud I had just purchased. The Cloud fell short of my hopes that it would be like my longtime love, my Tempur Cloud Soft and Conforming. Given that the Adjustable is a little thicker than the Cloud, I thought it might be a better choice. I'm nto a big fan of the shredded material. It gets everywhere if you attempt to adjust the loft of the pillow. And, call me crazy, but I swear I can feel the clumps when I put my head on the pillow. As for the cooling technology? Nah - I don't notice it at all. My pillow still gets warm. Tempur Pedic, please, please bring back the wonderful Soft and Conforming!

When I received my pillows, I wasn't sure I had made a good choice. HOWEVER, I was really happy after sleeping on them that night. I have an much older Symphony pillow and it is really firm and I thought that is what I needed. Turns out I was wrong. The new pillows are much better and I sleep sounder, and much more relaxed when I wake up. I just hope they continue to amaze me as they get older.

As with any bedding product, especially pillows, it takes some getting used to these pillows. Most folks get very attached to old worn out pillows and I'm no exception to that thought process. After getting a new Tempu-Pedic mattress, it was time to change out the pillows. You body gets accustomed to certain things and doesn't always react well when it comes to changing your sleeping environment. Long of the short is, I'd recommend these pillows, though they are very pricy, but worth it in the long run. Most important thing is to give them a bit of time - especially if you add or remove the filling, at least 2 months or more so your body will adjust. Since these are adjustable, store any excess filling in a zip lock bag for later use.

Unfortunately, I am not happy with my purchase and not using the pillows. They are physically heavy, dense, and are uncomfortable to lie on, even with removing some of the material. Really disappointed as I know Tempur-Pedic has a great reputation and I was initially excited to receive them. But I failed to review the return policy before buying, which is a lesson learned as they are not returnable.

We purchased two Tempur-Cloud adjustable pillows to go with our new mattress. After three weeks and two phone calls to Tempurpedic to track the shipment, the pillows finally arrived. We were extremely disappointed to find that one pillow was nice and full and usable, but the other pillow was so flat that there was no cushioning for my head. The pillows are adjustable but only to take filling out. There is no provision to add additional filling (unless of course you want to take it out of the other pillow). We called Tempurpedic customer support and were told that we could not return the pillows or get our money back. We were asked to send photos of the pillows, which we did. We asked if they could either send us additional filling or replace the pillow. They will do neither. We received a very curt, almost rude response stating, "The amount of stuffing the pillows have are approximate, not precise. Your pillows are correct." Why would anyone manufacture a product with only approximate specifications? Under those circumstances there is no way for a customer to know or rely upon what kind of product they will get. I will not be doing business with Tempurpedic again and will make sure everyone I know is made aware of the poor quality of their products and their unwillingness to provide any kind of satisfactory customer support. If you purchase these pillows you do so at your own risk and have no guarantee that it will be usable if and when you receive it.

It took me several days to make a good fit; pulling foam out, moving it around and placing foam back in. I was finally able to get a great fit. I'm a side sleeper and this pillow now forms around my neck and cuddles my head. It has reduced the pain in my neck and head 60-70%. I am so happy. With the Tempur-pedic bed topper and the Tempur cloud adjustable pillow I now lie down in bed in great comfort. No more restless nights.

Hello I had bought the pillow above about 2 years ago. At first the pillow was great until it wasn't. The fabric falls apart after so long. They day there is a warranty if you never use the pillow and keep it in the box. I was told they wouldn't replace it because it has a little stain on it. I paid so much money for 2 if these to be told I used my pillow wrong WHAT??. I there is no pillow you pay as much money for product to find out they won't fix it.

We really like the Cloud Pillows. But why are they so small? These pillows are several inches shorter than any other king size pillow. They slide around in the Tempurpedic pillow cases with room to spare. The cases are at least 6 to 8 inches longer and 3 to 4 inches wider than the pillows. These pillows really don't look pretty on our Tempurpedic split king bed. If you don't mind the small size these pillows are super comfortable.

I bought these adjustable fill pillows with the cooling cover, and they are a really great pillow that is very comfortable to sleep on. They also keep you head cool instead of hot like many other pillows are. I would recommend these pillows to anyone.
