After trying so many different kinds of pillows followed my neck fusion and no luck. This adjustable pillow has helped me getting a good sleep. I recommend it to anyone. It is a good comfortable pillow. But if you like high pillows this is more on the flatter side but not too flat. I took advantage of the BOGO offer and I’m glad I did.

I bought this for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. He says it is the most comfortable pillow he has ever had. I got the cooling feature with it and he loves that as he is a hot sleeper. I personally loved the density. I had slept on others that were just too hard. This pillow was perfect - not too hard, not too soft. Will probably order for myself! Shipping was very prompt as well. Thank you.

The pillow is more on the hard side. It's adjustable but it only adjust the thickness. The pillow itself is still hard, unlike other memory foam pillow from another brand. This is probably just my preference. However the reason for my 2 stars is because when I open to remove the foam to adjust I found a lot of dirty foams with black stuff, tape attached to foam. This is the kind of stuff you might expect from a cheap no-brand pillow, not expensive premium brand. Definitely not worth the price even when it's on huge discount.

I gave these pillows a few months before my review. After waking up to neck pain on multiple occasions, I am now in search of an alternative. The pillows are filled with chunks that often separate around your head, leaving you unsupported. They’d be better if they were topped off with the chunks and then able to adjust out. This is not the case. With the amount of chunks they come with, the only adjustment would leave your head lying directly in the mattress. No returns or exchanges so beware!

The cool to touch allow cover is nice, but there is not enough foam 'chips' inside the pillow to provide adequate support. I end up switching to an older pillow in the middle of the night. I would not buy these again, at this price point, unless there was additional foam 'chips'.

Pillow is the quality expected from tempur pedic. I’d have to say is on the softer side yet good body an a supportive filling. Is a cooling pillow an does seems to be cooler then normal pillows. Only difficultly so far is finding cases that stays on. If you like a cooler softer formable pillow then you have found the pillow for you… great quality

I spent a ton of money on pillows and a topper and was so hopeful and excited when they arrived. That excitement lasted about 45 minutes into sleeping, because the pillow is so freaking lumpy from the removable stuffing Inside that moves around after taking any amount out to make it custom comfortable for your liking. Honestly, it’s hard for me to believe that people actually like these pillows. I’d suggest passing on all of them, because I also bought the Tempur-Neck and Cloud Adjustable pillows, and they were just as disappointing.

I’ve been using Tempur-Pedic pillows for about five years and I can’t switch to anything else. I recently purchased two more, including the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, and they are incredibly comfortable. I was excited about these pillows as a buy one get one free deal for Christmas. Unfortunately, one of them came with a huge hole in it at the seam so I haven’t even used it. The other pillow, which I have used, is lumpy and uncomfortable. The cooling technology does keep them cool.

This pillow is amazing. I have a difficult time finding the right pillow, either too soft or too firm. This pillow is amazing because you get to adjust the comfort of the pillow to fit your needs. I kept thee tea stuffing in case I needed to ever add to it. Will definitely buy again. Highly recommend
