I am very disappointed in my recent purchase of Tempur-Pedic pillows. They are not at all comfortable and don’t hold their shape. I loved (!!) my old Tempur-Pedicure pillows and used them for years, but these new pillows just don’t compare to them at all.

I’ve been using the TEMPUR-Cloud Adjustable Pillow for a few weeks, and it has significantly improved my sleep quality. The adjustability lets me find the perfect height for my neck, and the memory foam provides excellent support without feeling too firm. I wake up feeling refreshed and without neck pain.

The pillow itself is nothing special, just a stuffed pillow that could use more filling, it’s initially cool then after a couple of minutes it’s not cool anymore, let along the rest of the night. I still get woke up because I’m sweating, I have a fan blowing on me and keep my room at 66 degrees.

My pillow is a lot flatter than my husband’s. I was told that these pillows are not filled by volume but by weight. Old mattresses are used and they can’t guarantee they will be the same. Not helpful. My pillow is still too flat. I do not recommend this product. Their older solid pillows are better.

I have searched for a couple of years trying to find the right pillow and finally I found these. The newer technology materials make for a much better outcome every time. My neck and shoulder problems are gone and my wife says I have been sleeping through the night again without snoring or gasping for air. Thank you Tempurpedic.

I only ordered this pillow because they refuse to make the contour pillows in a standard size to fit pillowcases. It doesn’t have the support of a contour pillow and it’s lumpy because they don’t shred the foam into small enough pieces and you can feel lumps of foam under your head and neck.

In today’s world, online purchases with no refunds is unacceptable. This pillow includes little sponges that presses on my face. The website doesn’t mention anything about no refund policy before or while buying. A well known brand like this shouldn’t be tricking customers with these little games. DO NOT BUY IF YOU DIDN’T TRY IN THE STORE!

I was so disappointed in this pillow with such a famous brand. The pillow is uncomfortably lumpy even when adjusting loft. Learned my lesson on purchasing something online that you can't try ahead of time and can't be returned. What a waste of $. Will purchase pillows in local stores only from now on.

Was skeptical about spending the money but have wasted more money on several different pillows so had nothing to lose at first they seam hard but after getting used to them and removing about 5 large hand fulls of stuffing I've dialed them in and get better sleep than I've had in year's well worth the money

The pillow is great to have as a secondary pillow but it doesn't adjust well and I'm using it overnight particularly around my neck. It might also be because I'm used to a more firm pillow with the memory foam but I would still recommend this if you are not already using a similar pillow.
