If you love lossing sleep and enjoy neck and sholder pain buy this pillow. Otherwise stay away. My wife and I are both side sleepers and we bought 2 of these pillows since they are marketed for side sleepers. These pillows are far too flat. We both experienced neck and shoulder pain after using this pillow. We have both gone back to our old pillows. My wife contacted the company to return them for a refund, but tempur-pedic is a "zero waste company" and will not accept a return for this wrongfully marketed product. If you enjoy a good night's sleep look elsewhere for a pillow.

The pillow is more on the hard side. It's adjustable but it only adjust the thickness. The pillow itself is still hard, unlike other memory foam pillow from another brand. This is probably just my preference. However the reason for my 2 stars is because when I open to remove the foam to adjust I found a lot of dirty foams with black stuff, tape attached to foam. This is the kind of stuff you might expect from a cheap no-brand pillow, not expensive premium brand. Definitely not worth the price even when it's on huge discount.

At first we were thrilled with the pillows. We found that they tended to flatten out during the night and in the morning we have to flip them over and knead them to regain the shape. When we first go to bed they are fine though. Recommend with a few reservations.

The pillow is great to have as a secondary pillow but it doesn't adjust well and I'm using it overnight particularly around my neck. It might also be because I'm used to a more firm pillow with the memory foam but I would still recommend this if you are not already using a similar pillow.

I was excited about these pillows as a buy one get one free deal for Christmas. Unfortunately, one of them came with a huge hole in it at the seam so I haven’t even used it. The other pillow, which I have used, is lumpy and uncomfortable. The cooling technology does keep them cool.

I was really excited to try the TEMPUR-Pedic Cloud Pillow, but unfortunately it has been a huge disappointment. From the moment I put my head on it I could tell this was not the “cloud-like” experience I was expecting. The foam is dense and firm, not soft or fluffy at all. It feels more like resting on a stiff block than a pillow — there’s zero “sink-in” comfort. If you like a traditional memory foam feel, that’s one thing, but calling this a Cloud is misleading. I also sleep hot, and this pillow does nothing to help. It traps heat like crazy — by the middle of the night it feels like a warm pad under my head. I wake up sweaty and uncomfortable, which defeats the whole purpose of a good night’s sleep. I tried it on my back and side, and it just doesn’t provide the right support. On my side it’s too low, so my neck feels cranked; on my back it feels like my head is floating. I literally toss and turn trying to get comfortable. Worst of all, you can’t return it unless it arrives defective, so I’m stuck with it even though I hate it. For the price I expected something at least decent — not this overpriced, hard, heat-trapping brick masquerading as a pillow. Not recommended. Definitely not what I expected from Tempur-Pedic, and I regret buying it.

These pillows were bought as a gift for my new daughter in law . I have tempurpedic pillows and matteress. I love them . I ordered these on line and they were awful . Really not quality to be called tempurpedic. I was told I was just stuck with them , no return or exchange for something better . So disappointed.

It's to flat if it came with enough stuffing inside to actually be adjustable would be a great pillow. I'm really disappointed in the pillow it's to expensive for the gamble I took so if you want a flat very thin pillow this one's for you. I've tried smashing together to get tall enough to lay on my side but 5 minutes later it's flate again. They should send enough extra stuffing with pillow. I did like the cool technology

Pillow was just what i needed after months of agonizing pain in my neck never able to find comfortable position to sleep until I tried this pillow. It was a game changer. Conforms to my neck giving me the support i need for a peacful night rest. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a comfortable pillow.

I purchased two of the TEMPUR-Cloud® Adjustable Pillows and they absolutely have no support, they are not filled with a lot of material to provide comfort. It’s basically like I’m sleeping with just pillowcases full of some stuffing. Have not had a good night sleep with them at all. Tempur-pedic will not let me return them or exchange them. I am not getting my moneys worth at all. Very disappointed.
