My neck and shoulders don't ache while I'm in bed anymore thanks to my tempur cloud + cooling pillow ,I'm not getting out of bed anymore with a stiff neck.

I have tried many pillows because of my neck and back pain, my honest opinion is that this is the best pillow I have bought. It helps me reduce the neck pain because of its interior material now I can sleep better.

One of the best pillows for a good night sleep, I like the option of adjusting the firmness of the pillow by removing or adding the interior zipped stuff.

The filling is chopped up pieces of foam rubber. The pieces are hard when compressed. There is no memory or any support for the neck. It should not be called memory foam. I do not recommend buying this pillow.

Upon arrival, the pillow was very full. I didn't adjust the filling the first two nights and by the second morning, I had an extreme sore and stiff neck. After removing some of the filling, the pillow was very lumpy and uncomfortable.

The pillow itself is great. I was hoping that my head would lye a bit more parallel with my neck, but this particular model doesn’t flatten as much as I would like

It is difficult to get the pillow to stay where you want it to. It depresses when I lay my head on it and does not provide support. When I put my head on it, all the support goes off in another direction. I wind up having to double up the thickness to get the proper support. I would not buy this pillow again.
