Members Mark Organic mushroom complex is a dietary supplement to help with immune system and gut health. I have noticed my gut health as changed slightly. The serving size is 4 capsules and they're not tiny, but not huge like other medicines.

I want to like these Member’s Mark Organic Mushroom Complex Capsules more, but I really struggled with having to take four of these large capsules per serving. I do appreciate that they are grown on organic whole oats.

I have taken the mushroom supplement for 12 days. I take four a day, two in the morning and 2 in the evening. I haven't noticed any changes, good or bad. I will continue to take them, maybe I just need to take.them longer.

Great supplement to try if you ever wanted to try something natural and organic. Helps with getting restful sleep and aids digestion. Mental clarity and fuels the natural expanse into holistic health.

I was skeptical about taking a mushroom vitamin because I do not like mushrooms. The vitamins are ok, I have a hard time swallowing pills this size but I was able to take it with orange juice. I love that this vitamin is gluten, dairy and soy free.
