This organic mushroom complex is great. I started taking it a few weeks ago and I notice I am more alert and focused mentally. I love that it is all organic. The serving is four capsules/daily. They are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste.

I never like when I have to take more than 2 tablets to make a serving, but at least these aren't horse pill size. They have a smell but you don't taste them. I can't say that I've noticed a big difference in anything taking them but I figure they can't hurt.

I want to like these Member’s Mark Organic Mushroom Complex Capsules more, but I really struggled with having to take four of these large capsules per serving. I do appreciate that they are grown on organic whole oats.

I am not noticing any change or seeing this is helping anything. I am sure that given more time I may have a different view. They are easy to take and just part of my normal vitamin and supplement routine. Maybe it is helping me and I just am not noticing.
