I honestly haven't felt a huge impact from consuming these mushroom supplements. I feel like I am passing gas more frequently. I do feel a slight improvement in brain function during my 6am clock in at work. No energy boosts, yes my gut health feels some improvement. But nothing significant. Serving size is 4 pills so thats a minor issue to deal with.

The price for this is good compared to other brands. I was hoping to experience better energy and mental clarity. Maybe it did help some but not enough of a noticeable difference, and maybe the difference I noticed was placebo effect. But I didn't notice any stomach issues or anything either, so overall, it felt like things were kind of unchanged. I also could maybe need to do it a little longer to see any real benefits. But it's a good one to try out if you are interested. Just don't expect crazy changes in a week

After consistently taking these for almost two weeks, I am not quite seeing the effects of better memory or more energy like is often said about mushroom capsules. These capsules are easy to take and I have had no side effects. I will continue taking to see if I have any more improvements. It may take longer to see the effects as presented.

The powder is not ver water soluble, so I do not recommend pouring out the capsules. If you do, the powder tastes very earthy like a mushroom. Does not give information of percentages of each type of mushroom used, so no idea of the composition other than it has some of each.

This product is two hundred and forty capsules. The recommended daily dose is four capsules every day. This gives you a six month supply. I usually drink mushroom coffee as a way to get the same benefits but it is very expensive. Im looking forward to testing it out.
