I was actually thrilled to find this! I have heard endless benefits about mushrooms and honestly had no idea where to start. These have a blend of 7 different organic mushrooms. They are made with vegetarian capsules, gluten, dairy, and soy free. The goal is for gut health and immune support. There are 240 capsules, you take 4 a day(they are a larger capsule), so you get a 60 day supply. I have been taking these for a week now, and while I'm still waiting for complete results, I will say I seem to sleep better. My gut health is maybe a bit better as regularity is happening more. I haven't had any weird or off putting side effects and I will continue to take full bottle and go from there.

Sadly this product doesn’t agree with my tummy. Which is extremely weird because I eat mushrooms; so I’m not sure if it’s the powder form or the other ingredients with it but I get extremely gassy and bad heartburn at night

Organic mushroom complex is a great addition to your daily supplements. I found that when taken in the morning I have less brain fog and i feel more alert. The directions say take up to four times a day I have found for me twice a day seems to be good. Great product and even better price point. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

i have been using this daily for a couple of weeks now. I like all the natural, organic ingredients that make up this product. It feels very healthy! On the plus side, i have not noticed any aftertaste or "mushroom" burps and for that I'm grateful. On the downside, i haven't noticed more mental clarity; the brain fog is still there. I will keep taking these for a couple more weeks to make sure i give it time to work its' way through my system and revise the review if needed.
