These mushroom supplements are easy to take. They're a decent size and have a very smooth coating that makes them easy to swallow. I really like the range of mushrooms that are included. I've been taking them for about a week, but haven't noticed a drastic difference in anything yet, perhaps a bit more energy. The biggest thing I dislike though is that one serving is four capsules. That's a lot to take everyday and the bottle goes pretty fast at that rate.
