The supplement seems to work. You definitely want to add it as a regimen, as not to forget taking them. Since starting, focus seems to be better, and even bowel movement, too! The supplements are brown, plastic capsules. I was shocked to see the amount to take was 4 at a time, but with such a high count in the bottle and the size of the capsule, it's not bad!

Finding a supplement that actually delivers visible results within the first week is a rare win, but this Organic Mushroom Complex is already proving its worth. After just seven days of consistent use, I’ve noticed two significant changes that I didn’t necessarily expect to see so quickly. Key Benefits Observed The most immediate impact has been on my digestive health. I’ve struggled with certain trigger foods for a long time, but lately, those items haven't been upsetting my stomach the way they normally do. It seems the gut-supporting properties of the mushroom blend are already helping to create a more resilient digestive environment. Additionally, my environmental allergy symptoms have been surprisingly manageable. Usually, this time of year is a struggle, but the typical congestion and irritation haven't been nearly as "terrible" as they usually are. While the brand often touts mental clarity as a primary benefit, I haven't experienced a "lightbulb moment" just yet. However, given the physical improvements I’ve already seen, I’m optimistic that the cognitive benefits will manifest with more long-term, cumulative use. Product Quality and Usage One of the biggest selling points for me is the organic certification. Knowing that the ingredients are clean and free from synthetic pesticides is essential when you're taking something daily. Things to Keep in Mind: * Capsule Size: The capsules are definitely on the larger side. This isn’t a dealbreaker for me, but if you have a difficult time swallowing larger pills, it’s something to be aware of. * Value: When taken as directed (4 capsules per day), one bottle provides a full 60-day supply. This makes it a very cost-effective addition to a wellness routine compared to other brands that only offer a 30-day window. Overall, if you’re looking for a high-quality, organic way to support your immune system and gut health, this complex is off to a very strong start. I’m looking forward to seeing how I feel after the full two months!

I’ve been using the Member’s Mark Organic Mushroom Complex for a bit now, and overall, it’s a solid supplement—especially for the price and quantity. You get 240 capsules, which makes it cost-effective compared to most mushroom blends on the market. What stands out is the variety: it includes seven well-known mushrooms like lion’s mane, reishi, chaga, and cordyceps. That combination is appealing if you’re looking for general wellness support, especially for immunity and focus. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have a strong aftertaste, which is a plus. That said, one downside is the lack of transparency in dosing for each individual mushroom. It’s a blended formula, so you don’t really know how much of each ingredient you’re getting, which matters if you’re targeting specific benefits (like lion’s mane for cognitive support). Also, like most supplements, the effects aren’t immediate or dramatic—you have to be consistent and realistic about expectations. Overall, it’s a good entry-level mushroom supplement: affordable, convenient, and well-rounded, but not the most potent or specialized option out there. If you’re new to mushroom supplements, it’s a great place to start.

I have been taking these daily for a little over 2 weeks now and I already feel the benefits. I have always wanted to try Mushroom Capsules because I've read a lot about the benefits and now I'm glad to say I have experienced them! I have experienced less stress, less brain fog, and overall better sleep. I haven't changed anything else in my routine except adding these supplements and all I can say is I wish I started them sooner! I highly recommend trying these if you experience any stress, brain fog, or have poor sleep.

These are easy to take, although a little large. There are a ton of great, natural ingredients in them - mainly mushrooms, as if that’s a surprise! My stomach tolerates them well, but I can’t say I’ve noticed anything different as far as gut health is concerned. I can say I haven’t gotten sick since I started taking them, so perhaps they work well for immune support!

So I’ve been taking these organic mushroom complex for three weeks now. I honestly did not see or feel any difference the first week. That made me think they were not any good. But in good faith I continued taking them for another two weeks. I have noticed that I am more focused, less irritable and less stressed. My kids have even noticed. That speaks volumes for me. So bottom line, yes I recommend these.

I used mushroom products - mainly in the coffee arena. For me, this is a game changer. When traveling, these can go with you. They are easy to swallow and provide the same benefits the mushroom coffee does. The main ingredients are common for most mushroom combos and this is a good option for busy, on the go people. The bottle comes with an ample supply.

If you don’t like to eat them and you don’t want drink them (don’t mess with my coffee) this vegan mushroom complex could be for you! After taking these for a week here’s what I’ve got: - I’ve got a zoo of children, three of them got sick last week and I didn’t. - I was running on fumes. I’m talking multiple nights with only 2-3 hours of sleep because I was drowning in vacation prep work. And even still, I felt great. - No digestion issues. I’m always worried when I add a new supplement that it might throw a wrench in the plumbing. No issues with these. I took them at night with no food. So overall, I just felt great while I was using them. Now these aren’t made from 100% fruit body so they might be lower quality, but at least half of the varieties in the capsule are made with some. I didn’t love having to swallow 4 capsules, but the capsules were small and easy to swallow.

I tried this product because i am looking into adding health supplements to my diet. I was drawn to the product because i have heard it can help with energy and immune health. The capsules were easy to swallow and I have felt an increase in energy in the time I've been taking them. I am definitely not as tired throughout the day. I only wish that a serving woul be 1 or 2 capsules since I don't like taking so many.

I’ve been taking this for about 9 days now, and overall I think I’ve noticed some small benefits - digestion has felt really good. It’s hard to tell how much of that is the supplement vs placebo, though, especially this early on. It’s a blend of different mushrooms, which I like in theory because it covers a lot of bases. But from what I’ve learned, blends like this can be a little tricky since you don’t really know how much of each mushroom you’re getting, so it may not be super potent in any one area. A lot of the research on mushrooms is also based on specific extracts and doses, not these mixed formulas. The biggest downsides for me are the dosage (4 capsules a day) and the fact that it doesn't hold certificates for third party testing or safe manufactoring practices.
