What I love most about these packets were that they were extremely helpful to have to take on the go with me. I travel alot, so you'll never know when you'll deeply need these.

I took my first ever midol today. At the age of 29. Let me just say that I am not impressed. I bought these on a whim to try them. I wouldn't buy again for 2 reasons. It made me tired and groggy and the worst part is, my cramps are still there. It never helped.

I don’t have a ton of issues with bloating however I do tend to get some pretty terrible cramping and headaches which can turn into awful migraines if I don’t get ahead of them and this product definitely helped alleviate both of those issues. I’ve purchased it before and will definitely continue to do so.

It has been super handy to have a little packet in my purse just in case someone needs it whether it is myself, a friend, or family member. I make sure to keep some stashed in all my bags and even in my car and desk at work. Doesn’t have to be for cramps, but even body aches if you overdo it at the gym.

I don't even have to take it out of my medicine cabinet, just slide it open and grab one. Also the pouches they come in are great for on the go. They are the perfect size to put in your purse, pocket or wallet! They are also easy to open compared to other medicine in packaging similar. These have a slit you can easily tare open.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These packs are handy, but not really necessary, as the full box includes the pills in a blister pack anyway... Like the Midol but dont love it. It does a decent job, but I cant take in the evening due to the caffeine content. And my normal go-to does a better job with back & cramp pain. I wont be buying this one, but its not bad. Just not for me.

I threw a few of these in my suitcase before heading out of town. Now, I will always keep them! I typically dont like single use packaging, for waste purposes, but these were just so convenient for traveling. I had a killer headache on day 1 of my period & this knocked it right out.

I dont really like to take medicine for pain unless is unbearable but I try it because my periods now are more heavy and painful. I do recommend this too people it work for me a bit, but everyone body is different.
