I would create it in a way that is easy to take. Not a pill girl. I can't really say it's affordable as I did not check the price.

The only down-side is the plastic packaging; it's helpful for traveling but not the best on the environment. Other than that, love it!

I travel lots so having a dose to carry in my purse or pocket is super convenient. They help with the body cramps/pains I have related to monthly period. I can't do without these each month!
