Before I would just take Ibuprofen but that would only help the cramping, with Midol I felt my cramping disappear as well as the bloating. I would recommend to a friend , just be aware thag this particular kind has caffeine for the fatigue and as a diuretic. I mistakingly took it a couple of hours before "bedtime" and I couldnt sleep.
