[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are amazing to keep on hand! The bright packaging is fun and such a pick me up. I always keep a few in my bag before heading out. They really work, and it doesn't take too long for effects to kick in. I needed both pills in the packet because one didn't help much. On my period, I have very severe cramps and bloating but these definitely help manage them.

I only rated down one star because I always have THE WORST back cramps and midol touches them but doesnt take them completely away. Overall though, I would use this product again!

Midol is a classic pain reliever for women but these gel caps are brand new! Great for period pain but not the best for women with caffeine sensitivity like myself. However Midol is incredibly effective for period pain relief, it really helps with bloating and that heavy weight gain feeling that comes along with some womens period symptoms. I use this product at work since Im up and moving for 8 hours straight & I gave some of the packets away to girls at work for them to use! Because this product has caffeine I do not use it later in the afternoon.

It keeps me far less bloated and more comfortable when I'm on my period. It really helps ease my cramps so I can go about my daily schedule.
