Typically I grab the Aleve or even sometimes something stronger. So I have been pleasantly surprised that this product has reduced my cramps as well as given me a bit of energy and overall made me feel much better. This product might be my new go to for period symptom relief!

My cramping went away but I started to get jittery since Im sensitive to medication that has caffeine in it. I would not recommend these if you do have sensitivity to caffeine. There is an alternative, you can take the Midol that is caffeine free .
