It also helps keep the rattling pill sound at bay, so you dont sound like an overly careful mother who keeps bottles at a time in their bags. Its very convenient to throw in your gym bag too for those just in case moments.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these on the go Midol packs. Midol is the only way I can get through my periods. I was cursed with painful cramps. Midol is able to take them away like no other pain reliever. I don’t normally get headaches or backaches but it does relieve that bloating feeling. The individual packs make it very convenient. I keep a few packs in my purse and in my car so they are always handy. If you've never tried to use this as a normal pain reliever, then I suggest giving it a try. You'd be totally surprised and pain free. It does have caffeine though so if you have high blood pressure keep that in mind.

These help with my period side effects more than any other product on the market. The bit of caffeine included helps give me extra energy as well. They help my bad period cramps, headaches and bloating. I especially love these on the go packets, because they are easy to keep in my purse or throw in a bag!

They work great too. I usually only need to take one. Only when my cramps are severe do I need two. So quite effective. They even fit in my super small phone purse.
