These dont even take that long for me to start feeling better! Highly recommend.

I don't get cramps and bloating every period so I don't always have Midol on hand and normal pain meds just don't cut it. So, when I randomly had cramps during my last period I was pretty pumped to see that I had slipped a few of these packets in my cosmetics bag in my purse. Truly saved the day because I was so uncomfortable! Will buy again.

I love having these to carry on my purse when it's that time of the month. They relieve my cramps and the stress headaches I often get along with them. The small package makes them easy to carry around, and the bright pink package makes them easy to find in my purse!

They also worked very quickly, I took the pills and less than a half hour later I was feeling better. I would recommend for others experiencing headaches and abdominal pain with their period, but as I don’t experience other symptoms, I can’t say whether it’s effective for those.

I will say that as far as my headache is concerned, it didnt get dealt with as easily as the other issues that this targets. I still definitely have a dull headache but Ill take 2 out of 3 any day. Especially with how fast acting it is! The on-the-go piece is sort of wasted on me though. Not sure if these cost more than the regular bottle but I wouldnt spend the money on it because I usually just travel with anything I need in my purse lol. But Im happy with the performance!
