I always had horrible cramps and back pain the first day of my menstrual cycle. It was so bad that I would have to go home if I was out anywhere, even at school or work. I would go home, take some midol. I am super grateful for midol because I don’t think I would ever have been able to fall asleep without it. Every time I woke up after taking it, my cramps and back pain were completely gone. I feel like you need to be aware of your body and know what you are taking. As many other reviews have mixed feelings because they are all different, this work for me and I hope for you too.

It's a pain to take containers of any medications because they add weight and bulk up my travel bag/suitcase. These packets make it easy for me to put in my carry on luggage, purse or overnight bag. The convenience is great, but the value is not that great because there are only 20 total pills in the box. The value would be greater if it included more pouches for the same price point of around 6.00$.

I tried midol again since it’s specifically for cycles. I feel like I noticed a difference and it helped reduced the discomfort related to cramps. I think I’ll start buying and using this again because the struggle is real.
