They may have helped a bit with bloating, but it wasnt very noticeable. I wouldnt recommend- I find ibuprofen to be more effective. The pouches are convenient though!

I find it much more convenient than regular go packs! I will definitely buy these again. They're great for travel!

This month was a difficult one for me , and this product worked his magic , it’s so effective for my bloating and craps . The packaging it’s so cool and colorful, gives me joy …I like the fact that they are easy to swallow and doesn’t have a weird taste., that’s a bonus .

The Midol is absolutely necessary for me each month to make it through my rough cycles and horrible symptoms. It takes away my headaches, helps relieve my lower back pain, helps to stop my bloating, and I like that the packets are small and discreet enough for single use and I can throw one in my purse, my gym bag, my work tote, and keep one even in my car for emergencies. The best idea ever had.

I thought I was gonna have to walk in to a gas station to get some cramping meds, but I found these in the bottom of my wallet!! I had tossed them in and forgotten all about them. Best find ever!! And a great size to stash in random places for those uh oh moments. Cramps were taken care of.

I travel lots so having a dose to carry in my purse or pocket is super convenient. They help with the body cramps/pains I have related to monthly period. I can't do without these each month!

On a day when I would normally want to be slouchy, crampy, and overall not myself Midol complete on the go helped to alleviate all my symptoms! The packaging gets your attention too! I saw this and saw that it was better and more improved so I thought I would try it. It wasn’t bad it took a while for it to kick in but once it did I would say my cramps and everything settled down but not completely. After about an hour or two the effects wore off
