The to-go packets are much faster b to use. I love how fast my symptoms went away after taking this. I carry these around everywhere i go. The packets are small and can be hidden anywhere i choose.

They really work, and it doesn't take too long for effects to kick in. I needed both pills in the packet because one didn't help much. On my period, I have very severe cramps and bloating but these definitely help manage them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always been hesitant to use Midol because of the caffeine content, knowing full well that the caffeine is what makes midol so effective, I also know I am very sensitive to uppers. Unfortunately, my cramps usually come at night, so I waited until I was hit with the mind-numbing pain during the day to take Midol Complete for the first time. Happy to report that the sinking ship feeling in my ovaries vanished within minutes! My only warning is that the caffeine is no joke; if you are sensitive to it, be mindful of when you take Midol Complete.

I threw a few of these in my suitcase before heading out of town. Now, I will always keep them! I typically dont like single use packaging, for waste purposes, but these were just so convenient for traveling. I had a killer headache on day 1 of my period & this knocked it right out.

My period lasts about a week with the first 4 days being the worst. I get really bad bloating and cramps. These helped take some of the pain away but not all. It is a great relief for a little and easy to take on the go.
