I don't usually use midol because my pain was to severe and didn't seem like it helped but the midol complete actually did help with my pain. so this type of midol actually must be stronger then the original. I am very surprised that it helped me.

I am so thankful for this product it works wonders for me. Each mont I have extremely bad cramping bloating and terrible headaches. This relives all my symptoms within a hour or so of taking. This is a must have for y’all suffering with these symptoms!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These midol completes are very handy, easy to pack in my backpack, work bag ,etc and dont have to worry about a bulky loud pill bottle 10 caplets in each pack, that reliefs cramps, bloating,fatigue, headaches and backaches. You just fold the pouch down on the line and tear or cut.

My cramps were gone pretty quickly which, if you're like me and get cramps pretty bad, you know that is an amazing relief!

I wont buy these over my usual, but I do encourage you to try them for yourself and see how they help. Everyone is different!

I felt so much less bloated and my headache completely went away! I still had cramps but they were much less severe than usual. Will definitely continue using this product - very convenient to stick in my pocket and carry around at work for those long 12 hour shifts!
