I wouldnt say my cramps went away completely, but they were less painful than normal. These on the go packets are perfect to put in your purse. I would use again next month!

I basically have one or two packets in my purse at all times. Theyre good for more than just that time of the month, they work great for headaches, general pain, etc.

The Midol is absolutely necessary for me each month to make it through my rough cycles and horrible symptoms. It takes away my headaches, helps relieve my lower back pain, helps to stop my bloating, and I like that the packets are small and discreet enough for single use and I can throw one in my purse, my gym bag, my work tote, and keep one even in my car for emergencies. The best idea ever had.

Unfortunately, my cramps usually come at night, so I waited until I was hit with the mind-numbing pain during the day to take Midol Complete for the first time. Happy to report that the sinking ship feeling in my ovaries vanished within minutes! My only warning is that the caffeine is no joke; if you are sensitive to it, be mindful of when you take Midol Complete.

They also worked very quickly, I took the pills and less than a half hour later I was feeling better. I would recommend for others experiencing headaches and abdominal pain with their period, but as I don’t experience other symptoms, I can’t say whether it’s effective for those.

The on the go packaging is convenient, but I prefer to just buy a bottle and put in a travel container. The packaging is pretty but a little flashy and attention grabbing - not exactly what I want if Im trying to pull it out of my purse discretely.
