Now I don’t have to carry a whole bottle around and can always keep a stash in my desk at work or in my purse. They are so convenient and easy to open.

Having a not so regular cycle, I am often hit at the worst times with cramps, irritability and bloating. Of course when this happens I don't usually have anything with me. Since finding this Midol Complete on the go, I am always prepared! As soon as I feel a symptom, no matter how mild, I start taking these and my symptoms are gone. I have had no side effects, only relief!

I think there are benefits to midol complete vs just taking pain relief, mostly it helped a lot with bloating. The packaging on these really set it apart. They are easy to pop into a purse or wallet and take on the go. Its brilliant because if a gal pal ask for something you can easily just hand a package over and bam! I also like that they can fit into a fanny pack without any noise.

It does not take as much space. I like within a few minutes to an hour that it starts working on relieving my cramps that most over the counter medicine seem not to work.

Once I took it, I forgot about it, but at one point, I suddenly realized that I didn’t have the urgency to lay down in bed from my bloating. So to my surprise, this actually relieved my bloating.
