[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This midol Complete is perfect for on the go. They come pre packaged with 2 pills in each package and are super small. They will fit right in your pocket and/or purse. They work really well for when it's "that time of the month".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received this package I was really excited about trying out the on the go caplets! Its compact and can easily fit in your purse. When taking the medicine, it did relieve the pain from cramps and backache. I did not see any noticeable relief of bloating but it did make me feel more comfortable. I would purchase again and use when my period cramping is bad.

I feel like you need to be aware of your body and know what you are taking. As many other reviews have mixed feelings because they are all different. For some with extreme cramps or people who frequently use the pain reliever acetaminophen, it may not be as useful for you. Also, it depends what your cramps are being caused by if you are taking it for only cramps, if you have cramps because of clots then you will probably be better off taking ibuprofen because it thins the blood. If you have multiple symptoms like tiredness, the caffeine will take care of that, if you have a headache, it will help that, etc. Know what symptoms it treats and what it does by reading the box otherwise, you may get side effects that you didn't consider like the caffeine affecting

This in turn helps me have a better mood because Im not hurting!! I dont have to pack the whole bottle and can take it when I truly need it while on the go.

I dont know about anybody else, but i dont always want to whip out a huge box of pills for everybody else to see. These to go pouches are small, and easy. Not to mention midol complete actually works, and has been a total game changer for me. I still get to chase my kid, go to work, take care of my dog and house. Workout at the gym. I highly recommend midol complete to go pouches!

I love this little pouches because they are not so big and we can fit two or three in our purse.. Small but the same great formula that we rely on those days we are not 100%..

Midol is a classic pain reliever for women but these gel caps are brand new! Great for period pain but not the best for women with caffeine sensitivity like myself. However Midol is incredibly effective for period pain relief, it really helps with bloating and that heavy weight gain feeling that comes along with some womens period symptoms. I use this product at work since Im up and moving for 8 hours straight & I gave some of the packets away to girls at work for them to use! Because this product has caffeine I do not use it later in the afternoon.

I am a stay at home mom of two and always on the girl bringing my kids places and just busy overall. These little pouches include two caplets which are so easy to just grab and take with a glass of water and keep on with my day when I usually dont even want to move which is not an option as a mother!
