These always come in clutch when I need them most.They really help with easing the terrible pain of my monthly cramps. And I get some pretty intense ones. I also get some pretty bad back pain, and these definitely help to some degree, and give me some much needed relief. They are great for the headache that is usually associated with the other symptoms from being on your period. I feel less bloated. I can get on with my day a little easier, with these on hand. Typically I grab the Aleve or even sometimes something stronger. Before I would just take Ibuprofen but that would only help the cramping, with Midol I felt my cramping disappear as well as the bloating. I would recommend to a friend , just be aware thag this particular kind has caffeine for the fatigue and as a diuretic. I mistakingly took it a couple of hours before "bedtime" and I couldnt sleep.
