[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think Midol complete worked great for both my headaches and cramps. I dont usually get cramps badly. The one time I did I had to take Midol for a second dose throughout the day. When I had headaches it was one dose and done. I would definitely purchase again. Rated 4 stars because any severe symptoms may need multiples doses. Love that this can easily be put in my wallet or purse.

It works the same but these on the go packages are alot more convenient. I dont want to have to pull a thing of pulls off the packaging and then they get lost. These on the go packages are alot less likely to get lost.
