[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these on the go Midol packs. Midol is the only way I can get through my periods. I was cursed with painful cramps. Midol is able to take them away like no other pain reliever. I don’t normally get headaches or backaches but it does relieve that bloating feeling. The individual packs make it very convenient. I keep a few packs in my purse and in my car so they are always handy. If you've never tried to use this as a normal pain reliever, then I suggest giving it a try. You'd be totally surprised and pain free. It does have caffeine though so if you have high blood pressure keep that in mind.

I dont know about anybody else, but i dont always want to whip out a huge box of pills for everybody else to see. These to go pouches are small, and easy. Not to mention midol complete actually works, and has been a total game changer for me. I still get to chase my kid, go to work, take care of my dog and house. Workout at the gym. They also worked very quickly, I took the pills and less than a half hour later I was feeling better. I would recommend for others experiencing headaches and abdominal pain with their period, but as I don’t experience other symptoms, I can’t say whether it’s effective for those.

BUT these would be such a convenient way for me to get my pain relief when I go back to work especially because I wouldnt want to be contaminating other pills in a bottle. I think the gel caps relieve pain quicker but that could just be in my head. These definitely relieved my cramps and lower back pain.
