[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying Midol (yes... I missed the train in middle school ). I was excited, but skeptical. I heard long ago that Midol contains caffeine, which has always made my cramps worse. But since it was free I decided to give it a try. Well, I was right to be skeptical... kind of. I was right, they do contain caffeine. Although they didnt make my cramps worse per se, they really didnt help, either. I ended up having to take ibuprofen in addition to the tablets. Only then did my cramps subside. Soo... I was disappointed.I will say, the packaging is really trendy and intriguing. The individual packets make them great for throwing in a small cross body or tote. However, I will not buy in the future and Ibuprofen will still be my go to!

It makes it so easy to take a dose when you are on the go since they are individually packaged! It's a game changer! Just throw a few in your make up bag or purse and you dont have to worry about having a big pill bottle rattling around and taking up space every where you go!

It helped so much because I get really bad cramps to the point Where is sometimes I just have to go to sleep just to not feel the pain anymore. It took my pain away and I was able to go about my day like nothing. I want to try the other midol products but I like the one I tried. I highly recommend this product.

I don't know how I didn't try Midol sooner, but oh my god, this stuff has changed my life. It's the only thing that has really worked for me when I'm having bad cramps. It's pain relief, antihistamine and caffeine, what more could you ask for? And these little packets are especially convenient, I always keep one in my wallet, just in case! Sidenote but the box turns into a little dispenser for them too which is just neat.
