I thought midol worked quicker and lasted longer. I thought these did not stick to my tongue and liked the packets to keep in my purse just in case.

Midol always helps me get over headaches and fatigue but since I never know when itll hit, these pouches are so convenient. I even gifted some to a friends sister in a college survival kit.

Right before my period begins I begin taking my Midol for relieving my back aches then once it starts I continue using Midol for the horrid cramps I get each month and the bloating. Used to buy bottles of this years ago, but it did nothing to alleviate my cramps and bloating after trying again now, I still feel the same. I find Advil does a better job, and after half an hour, my cramps are gone. With Midol, I still felt my cramps the entire time. Skip on these if you can

When taking the medicine, it did relieve the pain from cramps and backache. I did not see any noticeable relief of bloating but it did make me feel more comfortable. I would purchase again and use when my period cramping is bad.
