When taking this product, my cramps and bloating are alleviated. I would recommend Midol Complete on-the-go pouches as they are amazing.

I can’t get through the first two days of my period without midol. I use to buy the single to-go packs from gas stations just to keep in my purse and travel bags but I love that they came out with a box of them rather than keeping them in a ziplock or pill case. I understand the price increases for the extra packaging but I wish they were a bit more cost effective, still better than buying individual packs.

Now I don’t have to carry a whole bottle around and can always keep a stash in my desk at work or in my purse. They are so convenient and easy to open.
