I typically have extremely painful cramps and back pain during my time of the month and this stuff goes to work and fast! Also helps with headaches and bloating too which is another great plus. The pills themself are relatively small so they’re easy to swallow too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won't lie I didn't even notice the caffeine in it, but mainly because I drink so much of it as it is, that what's in it wont affect me. But it most certainly help with those pesky cramps. That to me makes it worth it.

I felt so much less bloated and my headache completely went away! I still had cramps but they were much less severe than usual. Will definitely continue using this product - very convenient to stick in my pocket and carry around at work for those long 12 hour shifts!

Having a not so regular cycle, I am often hit at the worst times with cramps, irritability and bloating. Of course when this happens I don't usually have anything with me. Since finding this Midol Complete on the go, I am always prepared! As soon as I feel a symptom, no matter how mild, I start taking these and my symptoms are gone. I have had no side effects, only relief!

Used on my last menstrual cycle, it did manage my bloating and my some of pain. Not much of pain relief of that spectrum, but did relieve bloat. Every body is different, so it may just work as a pain relief for you.

They come in handy when I am out and about and need them. I’ve always liked midol for my cramps, this just makes it more convenient to use!

It's a pain to take containers of any medications because they add weight and bulk up my travel bag/suitcase. These packets make it easy for me to put in my carry on luggage, purse or overnight bag. The convenience is great, but the value is not that great because there are only 20 total pills in the box. The value would be greater if it included more pouches for the same price point of around 6.00$.
