My cramps were gone pretty quickly which, if you're like me and get cramps pretty bad, you know that is an amazing relief!

I saw this and saw that it was better and more improved so I thought I would try it. It wasn’t bad it took a while for it to kick in but once it did I would say my cramps and everything settled down but not completely. After about an hour or two the effects wore off

Really helps with bloating and severe cramps. I highly recommend you try them if you haven't because you won't want to use anything else again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love that these come in pouches for "on the go relief" it makes it easier to bring along with me or even share. I normally pop a liquid gel of a different brand when my symptoms rage and hardly feel it's effects. With Midol there was a noticeable decrease in my cramps and bloating (which are usually my main symptoms during my period). I still felt tired so the caffeine in these did not help me as much, however I'm one of those weird people who isn't easily influenced by caffeine products. I don't often get headaches or other muscle aches (minus my back from time to time) so I can' speak on that, but I did notice a little pain relief with my back. I highly recommend these if you are looking for a change in your period side effect management routine.
