You’re able to tear the packet open with your hand, it’s a lil harder but doable. It did provide me with quick relief from my cramps and it lasted most of the day!

At first I felt very sluggish before taking the medicine then when I took the medicine I felt like I was back to normal. The packaging was super cute and vibrant. These convenient little packages are great for the girl on the move. I just drop a couple packs into my bag and go. Midol quickly acts to provide relief of all those common PMS symptoms. My main concerns are always headaches, lower back pain, severe cramping, and that oh so unappealing bloat. Within 30 minutes of taking my Midol, I'm already getting relief where I need. Trusted go-to product for period pains.

I did review the main box already. They work well for cramps and fatigue. I dont feel like they get rid of my bloating but do help with the feeling of bloating.

It has been super handy to have a little packet in my purse just in case someone needs it whether it is myself, a friend, or family member. I make sure to keep some stashed in all my bags and even in my car and desk at work. Doesn’t have to be for cramps, but even body aches if you overdo it at the gym.

Midol is a classic pain reliever for women but these gel caps are brand new! Great for period pain but not the best for women with caffeine sensitivity like myself. However Midol is incredibly effective for period pain relief, it really helps with bloating and that heavy weight gain feeling that comes along with some womens period symptoms. I use this product at work since Im up and moving for 8 hours straight & I gave some of the packets away to girls at work for them to use! Because this product has caffeine I do not use it later in the afternoon.
