Packaging is convenient, no other packaging needed for other thighs that are not needed. A bit fatty, but was trimmable to lean up. Product took seasoning/marinade well and cooked very easy. Quality and quantity of product was priced well.

The meat itself did not have any odors, and it appeared to be fresh. I prepared this with a lemon pepper marinade and let it sit for about four hours. I basted it in its final moments on the grill. The thighs cooked perfectly. For context, I I have never prepared thighs in my life and generally stick to white meat. I was a little put off by the excess trimming needed. Not sure if this is common with all thighs or just Member’s Mark. A few of the pieces had a texture where it was almost like deli meat consistency. Again, I’m not sure if this is common with all chicken thighs or just this brand. While the meal turned out fabulous and my husband devoured it, I don’t think I would purchase these thighs in the future. It just wasn’t my thing due to what I am used to. I would definitely try the breast or tenderloins. For portioning and freshness and value these were great, but I wasn’t a fan of the taste due to a personal preference.

The packaging is convenient because the meat comes clean , without the skin and excess fat, so it's not a hassle to clean, it is super quick to prepare. As for the portions each pack has about 4 small cutlets. 1 pack wasn enough for my husband and me , but 2 packs is perfect amount for 2 people. They turn out very juicy.

I typically make breasts but decided to make my Greek chicken recipe with thighs this time since they are boneless. I marinated them for about an hour then grilled them on our flat top grill. They were amazing! I have also made them plain on the stove top and grill and they were equally delicious!

Just enough texture. I tried to make the cripy Taiwan chicken version. It tasted really good. Overall I recommend it. They have separate packs so you just use the what you wany and store what you don’t use. Very convenient!!!
