I like that there seems to be a tiny bit of fat left as that helps keep the meat even more tender and it’s not a hassle to cut it off if needed. I found that the meat is easy to prep with it being divided into four sections for convenience and it tastes amazing! I made some Marry-me chicken over a bed of pasta and it was smash!

The meat is very clean no skin and no fat over the thighs, these ones are boneless. No smell and easy to prep and cook.
