The packaging is convenient because the meat comes clean , without the skin and excess fat, so it's not a hassle to clean, it is super quick to prepare. As for the portions each pack has about 4 small cutlets. 1 pack wasn enough for my husband and me , but 2 packs is perfect amount for 2 people. They turn out very juicy.

Just enough texture. I tried to make the cripy Taiwan chicken version. It tasted really good. Overall I recommend it.
