I was in an accident a few months ago where I was hit from behind by a car traveling at a high rate of speed. I have had neck and shoulder discomfort since the accident. I wanted something to relieve the pain while at work. This product is convenient. Although it does not heat up as much as my electric neck wrap, the heat is sufficient to relieve pain. My only complaint is the adhesive necessary to stay in place..it pulls at the skin making it uncomfortable to move freely at times. My husband also liked the wrap, but complained of the adhesive pulling at the hairs on his neck area making it uncomfortable. I understand the adhesive must be strong for the item to remain in place, but it may benefit from being a bit more flexible. Overall nice, convenient product for times when an electric heated wrap is not feasible.

They give nearly the same level of comfort as my plug in heated neck wrap, but so much lighter and portable. Will love these for on the go days and sitting at my work desk without the tangled cord from my old device. I absolutely recommend these for anyone with neck or upper back pain as they are soothing and don’t pull when removing.

I tend to get neck pain frequently from being outside doing yard work and this was the ticket for relief. I’ve tried many other brands and this one did not disappoint. The one downside I would say would be I think there should be another adhesive point so it makes better contact. Maybe it’s that way for flexibility? Over all very happy with this product.

I SUFFER FROM TERRIBLE MIGRAINES AND WITH THAT I GET VERY TENSE MUSCLES IN MY NECK AND THESE WERE SO HELPFUL. THEY HEAT UP BUT NOT TO HOT. JUST ENOUGH TO SOOTH AND LOOSEN UP MY TIGHT MUSCLES. THEY REALLY STAY ON NICELY. I WORE THEM TO BED AND WHEN I WOKE UP THEY WERE STILL ON AND STILL WARM. I AM GOING TO BE STOCKING UP ON THESE. IF YOU HAVE AND TYPE OF SORE MUSCLES WHETHER YOUR NECK , KNEES OR ANYWHERE THEY MAKE MANY DIFFERENT TYPES OF THESE AND I REALLY RECOMMEND YOU TRY THESE. THEY ARE REALLY GREAT .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box that they come in is designed well. I did not like the closing tab for the box. The box was upside down when you close the box. The heat wraps did produce heat. I did not like how the wrap felt on my skin. It was a little rough and uncomfortable. I used this on my upper shoulders at the base of my neck. Every time I moved the pad would pull my skin a little. I took it off after an hour.

The feel wearing it was slightly uncomfortable for me and removing it was the most unpleasant part, but wort it since I felt some relief.

It worked well and it did help ease the pain. The only thing that I did not like was that is was a little big and felt bulky. I am not a person that has broad shoulders but I may not have had it in the right position. I would recommend as that product did what it should have.

I couldn’t attach a heating pad to my neck, but I could put the on a ThermaCare neck heat wrap. Within minutes of putting the heat wrap around my neck it was a huge relief. Eased the pain in my neck so I was able to actually move it without the constant uncomfortable pain.
