The heat helped relieve my shoulder and neck pain. It is super versatile. You can use it on your arm or wrist too. There are no harmful chemicals that could irritate your skin. Overall I am very pleased with it.

The sticking tabs that keep them on are on both ends of the pad and the middle is just loose. So unless you can keep the product against your skin it doesn't help much. Not easy to keep on. And they don't throw so much heat you can be burned. Need to throw more heat to help.

You definitely need to read all directions before use because not just age, but your quality of health will depend if you can use this product. It worked well when I used it. I did not have anything that suggested it would cause more harm than good if I had any of the things that I was told to look for I would have asked someone who doesn't to try it for me and let me know how well the product worked.

It's really easy to use. Open package, take off strip and adhesive side down apply where you need it. Took a while to warm up but once it did it was very nice and lasted a very long time. Much easier to use and not as bulky as a heating pad. No constantly shutting off, and it fit nicely against my skin. Both my husband and I have problems with our neck so we both used it. We both had the same opinion-we love it! We can sleep with it on and it will last the night. I am DEFINITELY buying these.
