[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked the product in the operational aspects. The functional part did not work. Putting it across your neck by yourself is not easy. Once you figured it out, the product did not stick well. Kept falling off. It did give heat immediately and stayed heated over 6 hours. So yes good concept, but need better or easier way to keep on.

This product works really well. It heats up, and stays warm all day. It is lightweight and thin so you can put it on when you need it in the morning, and leave it on under your clothes all day, unlike other heating devices I've seen. This is the neck and shoulders heating pad you can wear all day wherever you are. It works.

You definitely need to read all directions before use because not just age, but your quality of health will depend if you can use this product. It worked well when I used it. I did not have anything that suggested it would cause more harm than good if I had any of the things that I was told to look for I would have asked someone who doesn't to try it for me and let me know how well the product worked.

The heat made my neck pain subside and I think the only improvement that would be needed is the way it stays on. It kept unsticking and coming off but while it was on it was amazing!

The wrap definitely relieves my tight muscles around my neck and shoulders, and it lasts for at least 8 hours. I typically put it on early in the day, it relieves for about 8 hours, then continues to work for 8 hours AFTER it is removed! It has even helped me sleep better when I put it on later in the day and take it off before bedtime. The healing therapy helps me fall and stay asleep because I don't wake up in pain throughout the night. I would definitely recommend these!

It becomes painful and tight to move sometimes especially working in the dental field it's hard to not move your neck and stuff so I'm glad I found these. They helped me alot.
