The Thermacare Heat Therapy was easy to apply. I left it on for 8 hours. The warmth was just what I needed to reduce the neck pain I was having. It stayed warm the whole 8 hours. I almost forgot it was there. The comfort I received was amazing. I woke up the next day with no pain still. You wear it under your clothes so they are discreet. Drug free and odor free so no drug interactions and less allergic reaction. Overall Thermacare Heat Therapy neck wraps are a plus to my lifestyle. I'm a senior and I approve this product.

It continued to stay in place until I was ready to remove it. It felt so nice to be able to have heat on my neck that I didn't have to plug in. It especially felt good when I leaned into the back of the couch or laid down. The applied pressure along with the heat really made my muscles relax. I put it on about 7:30 pm and it continued to be warm until around 4 am. I woke up with my lower neck feeling very good and all the tension from the day before had been removed.

But it doesn't reall get as warm as I would prefer and it doesn't fit very well. The sticky part is only the very ends of the tabs and when you wrap it around your neck it's really not sticky enough to hold in place. I ended up tying a scarf over it to hold it on.

And I want to mention one thing, the product is effective against pain, but it is quite painful and uncomfortable when it comes to removing it. It hurts the skin, they use a very strong glue.
