Senior with multiple  painful. neck problems  findsthis product very  helpful for relief of pain %26 added neck mobility.. The heat is moderately long lasting . Can get me thru night sleep.  Due to high cost  I use  when pain level more than  I want to chew at that time.

Reduces stiffness in upper neck. Also Notice less discomfort after neck wrap removed.  Literature on package does indicate 8 hours ON then remove for 8 hours more comfort. Seems the relative Hot Vs  Cooler conditions help the stiffness feeling.

ThermaCare is the best wraps for  relieving my neck, back %26 shoulder pain. They stay where you put them until you take them off. I use mine at night %26 when I wait up, I am pain free with no soreness. All their wraps can be use where you need them most. I have tried most all the other brands %26 none compare to these!
