It worked well and it did help ease the pain. The only thing that I did not like was that is was a little big and felt bulky. The Thermacare Heat Therapy was easy to apply. I left it on for 8 hours. The warmth was just what I needed to reduce the neck pain I was having. It stayed warm the whole 8 hours. I almost forgot it was there. The comfort I received was amazing. I woke up the next day with no pain still. You wear it under your clothes so they are discreet. The wrap is drug free and odor free. The heat seriously lasted hours and hours, pretty much longer than any other pain wrap I've used in the past. It's comfortable to wear and the heat is at a very comfortable level. My muscles definitely felt pampered and more comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would use again and again when needed.

While the patch worked well, I began to hurt again after a few hours of taking the patch off. I like that there is no messy cream to apply and no smell. It's not just for your neck, it can be placed anywhere you have pain.

It continued to stay in place until I was ready to remove it. It felt so nice to be able to have heat on my neck that I didn't have to plug in. It especially felt good when I leaned into the back of the couch or laid down. The applied pressure along with the heat really made my muscles relax. I put it on about 7:30 pm and it continued to be warm until around 4 am. I woke up with my lower neck feeling very good and all the tension from the day before had been removed.
