I ride a "ten speed" long distances and leaning forward with my head up can really make my neck sore after being in that position for extended periods of time. I normally can't ride the next day not because my legs are tired, but my neck. This product has helped me stay on my bike. I'd recommend this to someone who has a hard time turning their head sometimes.

I like the ease of the product as it adheres to the skin and doesn't slip off. I generally use a heating pad on the neck to ease the muscles. Anyone who has used a heating pad knows how inconvenient they are. With the Therma Care, there aren't any messy wires, you can be free to move around and the warmth is consistent. Also, these stay warm for at least eight hours, which is very user friendly.

I am not able to do anything without pain. The heated neck wraps made it tolerable for me to do things around the house, even while wearing them since they have adhesive on them. The heat wraps did produce heat. I did not like how the wrap felt on my skin. It was a little rough and uncomfortable. I used this on my upper shoulders at the base of my neck. Every time I moved the pad would pull my skin a little. I took it off after an hour.
