I appreciated that there was more than one item to be able to test multiple times. The product heated up as stated and remained warm for the length stated on the packaging. My one complaint is the sticky parts don't keep their sticking power very well if you have to re-position. Overall, I thought the product worked well and it helped my sore shoulder feel better.

I couldn't attach a heating pad to my neck, but I could put the on a ThermaCare neck heat wrap. Within minutes of putting the heat wrap around my neck it was a huge relief. Eased the pain in my neck so I was able to actually move it without the constant uncomfortable pain.

In their own ways electric heat packs, battery heat packs, creams, and even a damp microwaved washcloth are better. As a female with a relatively small neck and long hair I found this very difficult to position well. Once on it got constantly tangled in hair and pulled uncomfortably with every move. Then it never really got hot (or at least not hot enough during the time I could stand to wear it). My husband also tried it as someone with significant muscle pain and much more muscle/neck bulk and had no more favorable opinions.

The sticking tabs that keep them on are on both ends of the pad and the middle is just loose. So unless you can keep the product against your skin it doesn't help much. Not easy to keep on. And they don't throw so much heat you can be burned. Need to throw more heat to help.

I like the ease of the product as it adheres to the skin and doesn't slip off. I generally use a heating pad on the neck to ease the muscles. Anyone who has used a heating pad knows how inconvenient they are. With the Therma Care, there aren't any messy wires, you can be free to move around and the warmth is consistent. Also, these stay warm for at least eight hours, which is very user friendly.

They give nearly the same level of comfort as my plug in heated neck wrap, but so much lighter and portable. Will love these for on the go days and sitting at my work desk without the tangled cord from my old device. I absolutely recommend these for anyone with neck or upper back pain as they are soothing and don't pull when removing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box that they come in is designed well. I did not like the closing tab for the box. The box was upside down when you close the box. The heat wraps did produce heat. I did not like how the wrap felt on my skin. It was a little rough and uncomfortable. I used this on my upper shoulders at the base of my neck. Every time I moved the pad would pull my skin a little. I took it off after an hour.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got a chance to use my neck heat wrap today and it was a satisfying and soothing experience. I tend to get neck pain frequently from being outside doing yard work and this was the ticket for relief. I've tried many other brands and this one did not disappoint. The one downside I would say would be I think there should be another adhesive point so it makes better contact. Maybe it's that way for flexibility? Over all very happy with this product.
