[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looking at it when I opened the package, I thought maybe it needed to be cracked to activate, but reading the directions I found I was wrong. It's really easy to use. Open package, take off strip and adhesive side down apply where you need it. Took a while to warm up but once it did it was very nice and lasted a very long time. Much easier to use and not as bulky as a heating pad. No constantly shutting off, and it fit nicely against my skin. Both my husband and I have problems with our neck so we both used it. We both had the same opinion-we love it! We can sleep with it on and it will last the night. I am DEFINITELY buying these.

I was in an accident a few months ago where I was hit from behind by a car traveling at a high rate of speed. I have had neck and shoulder discomfort since the accident. I wanted something to relieve the pain while at work. This product is convenient. Although it does not heat up as much as my electric neck wrap, the heat is sufficient to relieve pain. My only complaint is the adhesive necessary to stay in place..it pulls at the skin making it uncomfortable to move freely at times. My husband also liked the wrap, but complained of the adhesive pulling at the hairs on his neck area making it uncomfortable. I understand the adhesive must be strong for the item to remain in place, but it may benefit from being a bit more flexible. Overall nice, convenient product for times when an electric heated wrap is not feasible.

I ride a "ten speed" long distances and leaning forward with my head up can really make my neck sore after being in that position for extended periods of time. I normally can't ride the next day not because my legs are tired, but my neck. This product has helped me stay on my bike. I'd recommend this to someone who has a hard time turning their head sometimes.

I suffer badly from a pinched nerve in my neck and found these wraps to be very helpful in both easing the pain and giving some comfort. The are easy to apply, start warming up quickly, and last a long time. Plus the larger size is wonderful and can cover a bigger area. I totally love these and will be buying more in the future. After 9 hours the pain in my neck was gone, and my neck has not felt that good in awhile. I will purchase this product in the future and will highly recommend it.
