While the patch worked well, I began to hurt again after a few hours of taking the patch off. I like that there is no messy cream to apply and no smell. It's not just for your neck, it can be placed anywhere you have pain.

I wore it comfortably under my shirt while grocery shopping after experiencing neck pain and muscle soreness. After a few hours I removed it and placed it on my lower back. I was in an accident a few months ago where I was hit from behind by a car traveling at a high rate of speed. I have had neck and shoulder discomfort since the accident. I wanted something to relieve the pain while at work. This product is convenient. Although it does not heat up as much as my electric neck wrap, the heat is sufficient to relieve pain. My only complaint is the adhesive necessary to stay in place..it pulls at the skin making it uncomfortable to move freely at times. My husband also liked the wrap, but complained of the adhesive pulling at the hairs on his neck area making it uncomfortable. I understand the adhesive must be strong for the item to remain in place, but it may benefit from being a bit more flexible. Overall nice, convenient product for times when an electric heated wrap is not feasible.

I am not able to do anything without pain. The heated neck wraps made it tolerable for me to do things around the house, even while wearing them since they have adhesive on them.
