I was in an accident a few months ago where I was hit from behind by a car traveling at a high rate of speed. I have had neck and shoulder discomfort since the accident. I wanted something to relieve the pain while at work. This product is convenient. Although it does not heat up as much as my electric neck wrap, the heat is sufficient to relieve pain. My only complaint is the adhesive necessary to stay in place..it pulls at the skin making it uncomfortable to move freely at times. My husband also liked the wrap, but complained of the adhesive pulling at the hairs on his neck area making it uncomfortable. I understand the adhesive must be strong for the item to remain in place, but it may benefit from being a bit more flexible. Overall nice, convenient product for times when an electric heated wrap is not feasible.

I didn’t notice the tightness I was feeling for a couple of days. It is very sticky and can be hard/ awkward to remove though.

Especially in the neck area where you tend to have many small movements it would loosen up and after pressing down the adhesive a few times it would not stick at all. The next time I tried to reposition it once and it lost its stickiness to the point where it also wouldn’t work. Never was able to test the heating element since I could not get it to stay on my body for more than a minute
