It's really easy to use. Open package, take off strip and adhesive side down apply where you need it. Took a while to warm up but once it did it was very nice and lasted a very long time. Much easier to use and not as bulky as a heating pad. No constantly shutting off, and it fit nicely against my skin. Both my husband and I have problems with our neck so we both used it. We both had the same opinion-we love it! We can sleep with it on and it will last the night. I am DEFINITELY buying these.

I SUFFER FROM TERRIBLE MIGRAINES AND WITH THAT I GET VERY TENSE MUSCLES IN MY NECK AND THESE WERE SO HELPFUL. THEY HEAT UP BUT NOT TO HOT. JUST ENOUGH TO SOOTH AND LOOSEN UP MY TIGHT MUSCLES. I like that it is air-activated, meaning that it does not require any external power source. So, I don't have to plug it in to charge or microwave it. I can use it anywhere. The wrap is comfortable to wear since it is soft, flexible, and conforms to the shape of the neck. Hest and treatment are evenly distributed on the surface area. It's easy to use and effective.

The sticking tabs that keep them on are on both ends of the pad and the middle is just loose. So unless you can keep the product against your skin it doesn't help much. Not easy to keep on. And they don't throw so much heat you can be burned. Need to throw more heat to help.

I do like that I can wrap this one around my neck and shouthere's or my wrist. And it lasts for 16 hours considering I just fell and hurt myself yesterday. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box that they come in is designed well. I did not like the closing tab for the box. The box was upside down when you close the box. The heat wraps did produce heat. I did not like how the wrap felt on my skin. It was a little rough and uncomfortable. I used this on my upper shoulders at the base of my neck. Every time I moved the pad would pull my skin a little. I took it off after an hour.
