It worked well and it did help ease the pain. The only thing that I did not like was that is was a little big and felt bulky. I had to wear a turtle neck to hide it as it is kinda bulky on the back of your neck on thin shirts. After work was over, I could still feel the heat. I did not feel like it helped with the pain and stiffness on either my neck or arm, it was very bulky and because of that you couldn't really get it flush to the skin. The sticking tabs that keep them on are on both ends of the pad and the middle is just loose. So unless you can keep the product against your skin it doesn't help much. Not easy to keep on. And they don't throw so much heat you can be burned. Need to throw more heat to help.
