Works for back pain! It allows me to move without wires like a heating pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I followed the instructions per box. I placed the item on my back from shoulder to shoulder. When I would reach for something it would become unstuck. If I placed it closer together to allow for the stretching, then it would not make contact properly. I was able to take two and run one over each shoulder into the center of my back. I was surprised that it didn’t get as warm as I had expected though I can handle a bit more. It did help for me to lean back in a chair and apply some pressure to the pad to make it feel a lot warmer. The heat wrap did stay warm a minimal time of eight hours. I tried another heat wrap on my bicep. It worked very well and stayed in place. I have a large arm and it would work great on my wrist. I gave this a three rating because it did not work well when I placed it from shoulder to shoulder behind my neck, and because it just didn’t warm up as much as I thought it would. 4 stars because it wasn't oily or smelly. 5 stars for longevity of heat.

For 8-16hr deep penetrating relief. It works instantly. I have chronic neck pain from a car accident 17yrs ago. I have a pinched nerve that causes a dull ache pain that lasts for hours usually at night. If I move my neck too fast I feel a sharp pain that radiates down my neck and causes my right side of my face/tongue to go numb & tingle briefly for a few seconds. I've been struggling with the pain for years. While this product doesn't heal my pain, it does give me relief for at least 8-16hrs. It feels good, will be buying this product. I am not able to do anything without pain. The heated neck wraps made it tolerable for me to do things around the house, even while wearing them since they have adhesive on them. Only downside is longer I had it on the tape seemed to give a little I think from the heat but it says 16 hours of relief and that’s no lie…
