It becomes painful and tight to move sometimes especially working in the dental field it's hard to not move your neck and stuff so I'm glad I found these. They helped me alot.

The sticking tabs that keep them on are on both ends of the pad and the middle is just loose. So unless you can keep the product against your skin it doesn't help much. Not easy to keep on. And they don't throw so much heat you can be burned. Need to throw more heat to help.

Especially in the neck area where you tend to have many small movements it would loosen up and after pressing down the adhesive a few times it would not stick at all. The next time I tried to reposition it once and it lost its stickiness to the point where it also wouldn't work. Never was able to test the heating element since I could not get it to stay on my body for more than a minute

I had difficulty keeping it in place while moving around. I felt it needed more adhesive to keep it where I wanted it. When I used one on my lower back it stayed in place and worked great.

Easy to apply and really takes the kinks out of your neck especially when you sleep on your neck wrong!! I definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this because I get a lot of tension headaches and neck pain. But it doesn't reall get as warm as I would prefer and it doesn't fit very well. The sticky part is only the very ends of the tabs and when you wrap it around your neck it's really not sticky enough to hold in place. I ended up tying a scarf over it to hold it on.

While i had it on. had to keep readjusting it to area, it kept moving. i kept it on for 3hrs no uncomfortability,thamk you for th opportunity to test;
