[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these Thermacare Heat Therapy neck pain wraps because I sit at a desk for 8+ hours per day and my neck and shoulders are often sore because of it. The wrap definitely relieves my tight muscles around my neck and shoulders, and it lasts for at least 8 hours. I typically put it on early in the day, it relieves for about 8 hours, then continues to work for 8 hours AFTER it is removed! It has even helped me sleep better when I put it on later in the day and take it off before bedtime. The healing therapy helps me fall and stay asleep because I don't wake up in pain throughout the night. I would definitely recommend these!

Especially in the neck area where you tend to have many small movements it would loosen up and after pressing down the adhesive a few times it would not stick at all. The next time I tried to reposition it once and it lost its stickiness to the point where it also wouldn't work. Never was able to test the heating element since I could not get it to stay on my body for more than a minute

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heat wrap really is impressive. It takes about 20 minutes for it to heat up and start its deep heat penetration. I had to wear a turtle neck to hide it as it is kinda bulky on the back of your neck on thin shirts. After work was over, I could still feel the heat. That was 9 hours and a drive home it was still hot. I went inside to do some streatches. This really let the body show its relaxed.
