I love that I can take this and it's quick to dissolve, the orange flavor is soft and not harsh. Comes in a pill bottle of 25 perfect for getting through a few colds.

The only reason I only gave it 4 stars was the taste wasnt that good. The melts have to slowly melt in your mouth and didnt taste that good. But that didnt stop me from continuing to take zicam. My colds are usually the worse and last a week or more and knock me out. This time around my cold last 3 days and was much more manageable. Zicam helped me to still be able to play and have fun with my kids even with my cold. Thanks zicam

I enjoyed the taste and texture, however there was a slight metalic aftertaste. Overall I would definitly recomend this product to a friend, and will be a longtime buyer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every fall/winter our household started to feel a bit sicky, so this year we reached for the Zicam Cold Remedy RapidMelts. They taste pretty chalky and alter the way things taste in your mouth for a few hours after you take them, but they really do work to shorten the life of your sickness. I'm not a fan of taking them when I have a dry throat, but they work wonders when I have a wheezy cold!

My family is convinced this product works to shorten length of colds if taken at first symptom! It is not for relieving symptoms, which some reviewers seem to think. Start using at first sign you are getting cold! However, my complaint is how sickeningly sweet they are! Almost makes me vomit it is so strongly flavored and extremely sweet. I always dread taking it, ut I do anyway as I know from experience it works. Can only assume it would taste even worse if not so strongly flavored? Otherwise, why flavor it to such an extreme? Wish they would make a version that is less sweet and more mildly flavored!
