My cold,which usually lasts a week for me,was over fast! The flavor is pretty nice,there is a sugar like after taste...nothing that put me off. I kept taking it every three hours for about 7 days and I am very impressed, I never had a runny nose. I did sneeze many times but it never boomed into a full cold. I took it at the very first sign of a cold and I am feeling so much better and no sore throat. I plan on using this product for my whole family. I usually don't take medications but I did get sick a few weeks ago and I think this definitely did help me get over it faster. I'm not 100% sure if it was really the medication or just the cold getting over itself but I thought it probably helped me. I would use this again the next time i am sick.
