They usually shorten my cold enough that I'm not knocked out by it and can get back to being a full-time mommy faster! The RapidMelts taste good and dissolve nicely, they aren't too gritty. Too many will give me a stomach ache so I always make sure to take them with a meal and generally don't take as many as recommended on the box each day.
