I couldnt believe that taking them would do anything but it did stop me from getting sicker! The most important thing to remember is the fact that you need to start taking the melts as soon as you start feeling that you getting sick. Zicam cold remedy rapidmelts help with sore throat, coughing and nodal congestion! And they taste really really good, not like regular medicine. I absolutely love this product and think that its a must have for everybody, especially during winter!

I have told quite a few of the fact that the day after Thanksgiving I started taking Zicam on 11/24/2023...worked great at reducing the cold my grands passed on to me. Problem is in the last two days, all tastes bland and off. Not liking the loss of taste at all...not worth it.

The only reason I only gave it 4 stars was the taste wasnt that good. The melts have to slowly melt in your mouth and didnt taste that good. But that didnt stop me from continuing to take zicam. My colds are usually the worse and last a week or more and knock me out. This time around my cold last 3 days and was much more manageable. Zicam helped me to still be able to play and have fun with my kids even with my cold. Thanks zicam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking Zicam Cold Remedy RapidMelts Citrus flavor a week ago when I started with a sore throat. I kept taking it every three hours for about 7 days and I am very impressed, I never had a runny nose. I did sneeze many times but it never boomed into a full cold. I took it at the very first sign of a cold and I am feeling so much better and no sore throat. I plan on using this product for my whole family. My husband and son had a cold prior to me receiving this product and their colds lasted for about 2 weeks!!!

My Zicam Citrus flavor melt tasted surprisingly good. I took it for 3 days and no more sniffles. Can't be 100% sure it would've been a full cold, but it is definitely worth trying next time!

They also say not to drink anything for fifteen minutes after which I felt was hard to do because it left my mouth feeling really dry and with a bad after taste. I do think it helped with my cold so it still gets four stars in my book.
