I took them immediately and my cold didn't last as long as it normally does. I highly recommend trying it. You won't be sorry. You'll only be sorry that you didn't try it sooner. Great tasting too. Not like other brands, that leave a weird feeling in your mouth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Zicam Cold Remedy Rapid Melts and I have found they really do seem to shorten the duration of my colds. I try to take it at the onset of symptom and I add extra Vitamin C between the Zicam. There are other brands now that are less expensive but I haven't found one that works as well as Zicam. The taste is not pleasant but better than most other cold remedies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using Zicam Cold Remedy Rapidmelts three days ago when I woke up with the first signs of a cold starting. The orange flavored tabs really did melt quickly in my mouth and had a light, pleasant taste. I'm happy to say that the sore throat I started with has faded and my nose hasn't been stuffy all day. My nose is still running a bit, but that's probably a good thing so I can see that the mucus is clear. The package recommends that you increase fluids intake and since it's good to have more fluids during a cold, I don't have a problem with the suggestion. I am pleased with this product. Zicam is making it possible for me to feel well enough to be ready for Thanksgiving!

This year, my brother was the first person in the family had the first sign of cold, so Zicam product came in the right time for him to use. No more sneezing and coughing. I think we start to use Zicam as one of our trusted brands because if one of us love it, we all love it. I didnt see any advantage to taking this really and it was kind of nasty when it melted. I still had a cough, mucus, and congestion after taking this so that is why i said i didnt see any benefit to taking this.
